“I love the plant based options and the fresh and nutritious food choices. Some of my favs are teriyaki quinoa bowl, kale salad, charred cauliflower and vegan double cheeseburger. I had the ancient grain bowl Sunday and it’s a new favorite. The squash pie is sooo delicious! I never feel guilty when I eat at True Food Kitchen because I can make healthy choices.“

“Had an Urban Farmer salad, among other things. So tasty and so pretty! I literally texted a picture to my old eating buddy overseas and told him it was my first great meal of the year. Love the beets in particular.
Staff was nice and I definitely did not feel rushed, lingering while trying almost every Boylan's soda, lol.
Vegetarian options: I ate straight vegetarian this visit. Not sure if they can accommodate strict vegan because of the dairy in a lot of things but they have a great app allowing customization or just ask.
Dietary restrictions: They definitely do vegetarian. For the rest check the app or website but they seem to be very accommodating.“

“I love to support small family owned business. I have used southpaws twice for business lunches and I’ve been Erg happy. The amounts were great, the food looked and tasted amazing. The catering packaging a plus since I do the delivering! No mess or spills. I would highly recommend!“

“The food was excellent! I had a "Make Your Own Bowl" that was strictly vegetarian. The young man who served me was very informative and patient, taking into consideration that it was my first time there. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to be health conscious about their food choices.“

“Food was really good. I usually don't eat foods like this but pleasantly surprised. Offered salads on kids' plates and wouldn't sub for mac& cheese or potatoes, our 1 and 2 yo don't eat salads yet. They don't offer mainstream sodas, too bad. Ice dispenser didn't work well, they were helpful to get me ice but ice didn't work second go-round wo help. Tough parking for dinner. Nice staff. Clean.“

“I think overall Salata is a great place to eat and order from. I usually do not like to write bad reviews and the intent if this one is not to be negative.Today however I had a unique experience .After ordering for delivery , after 79 minutes of waiting I get a message that my order has been cancelled and to contact the store.Upon doing so I have been told that my order was given to the Doordash driver and I should contact Doordash to see what is going on. Well that portion drove me nuts to be honest. I completely understand that delivery can be missed, it happened before and though uncomfortable because I was hungry, I actually never got mad.Today however a line was crossed. As a customer, when I pay 20 $ overall for a small salad, I am expecting Salada to track their own drivers.I did not order from Doordash. I ordered from Salata. Please understand that if I ordered delivery it probably means that I , as a customer don’t have time to track drivers who do not feel like working. Thank you very much for your understanding and let’s reset our asymmetric relationship! O btw this is not about $20 and not about low glycemy, this is about a working ethics concept.Thank you , Sorin“
