Solid place to feel like you're in Korea! The menu is small but straight forward and the servers all cook here for you by default. I took a back seat and enjoyed for once.

No substitutions for combos which is a bummer but understandable. Paejon is solid, brisket and pork belly were decent. Love the abundance of banchan here and can ask for more and sesame oil.

This is one of my favorite Korean BBQ spots in Texas! Trust me as someone who eats out a lot I've been to my fair share of Korean BBQ spots and this one is top tier. Great meat fairly priced for the amount of food you get. 10/10 would recommend for date night!

We visited Saemaeul after reading comments about the authentic food. We ordered the BBQ combo and soup. While the meat cuts were good with sides, the soup was too salty and contained over-fermented kimchi.
