“We visited on 1/11/25 while visiting family. The coffee machine was down so Jackie asked if there was anything else she could get us. Substituted a soft pretzel. Had ordered a medium unsweetened tea. Let them know it was wrong. Brought us back a large unsweetened tea. We were not upset that the order was wrong just brought it to their attention. Both times they corrected the issue graciously without us asking for anything. This is our opinion of great customer service. We appreciate your Castorville Sonic. “One of the more dependable Sonics. They have a good consistency on how the shakes and slushes and food are made. Nothing worse than ordering a shake and it's like water or barely any Oreos in it, etc. This always gets it right. 👏🏼“

“Only giving a 4 because of the EXCEPTIONAL service from the manager An’yae. The day prior my daughter ordered tenders that were given to her uncooked on the inside . Next day An’yae heard our issues , made us feel valued and replaced our bad food with fresh cooked food! She was such a great person and deserves a raise ! Thank you An’yae“

“This last time I went I only ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. Just one item. This place is very good about sending out items that are simple to make. This time though, I had to wait 5 minutes for my drink. It was barely 10 in the morning and there were only 2 cars at the drive thru and myself at the stall. When I called them to cancel my order because it had not been brought out to me. The person at the other end said the carhop was going out with my drink.I like this place because I don't have any problems with my service until now. But this won't stop me from going back and ordering again.“
