A bit off the beaten path for bastrop, but this is a hidden gem! By far the best Chinese food in bastrop, and rivals, if not surpasses any Chinese food of our big neighbors to the west. I had the jalapeño chicken, egg roll and hot and sour soup, all were excellent. Beware! The hot mustard, served on request, is not the weak little blister packets available at most Chinese places... theirs is the real deal and probably the hottest I've had in Texas! YUM/OUCH
Mine and my husbands first visit here and we are so grateful to have found this place. Overall impressed with the food portions, the atmosphere, and the overall customer service was *chefs kiss*. Our waitress, which now I’m putting two and two together based on the other reviews to be the owner, was phenomenal.
