Wasn’t greeted until we arrived at the counter. We picked out flavors and had them add candy and when I went to pay I tapped no tip and the lady gave a look to the worker next to her who laughed. Completely unprofessional and rude not sure why they think they should should receive a tip for doing the job they are paid to do it’s not a sit down restaurant and the ice cream is already expensive . I decided to end my cousin's last night in town with Marble Slab. We walked in at 9:28pm only to be told they were closed, despite the hours on the door and time posted online to be 10:00pm. Closing time means when you as a business stop accepting customers, not when you as an employee are done cleaning and get to go home.
