Excellent customer service and very helpful
Marble Slab Creamery is a popular ice cream shop known for its wide selection of flavors and toppings. The store is generally clean, and the staff usually provides good customer service. Many customers enjoy the ice cream, with some favorites including peanut butter on a chocolate cone. The ice cream can be a bit pricey, but it is considered a great spot for a sweet treat, especially for kids. Customers appreciate the variety of flavors and toppings available. However, some have experienced issues such as the store closing early or being closed during cold weather, which can be disappointing. Additionally, there have been occasional concerns about hygiene, like finding a hair in the ice cream, which the staff used to prevent with hair nets or pulled-back hair. Despite these minor problems, many customers still love the place and hope for improvements. Overall, Marble Slab Creamery remains a popular destination for ice cream lovers.
