I had a very frustrating experience at Raising Cane’s today. The food was fine, but the service was a nightmare. The white female manager seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested in helping. I had an issue with my order, and instead of addressing it, she brushed me off with a vague excuse and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I love Canes but the last two times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered via the mobile app and had to wait over 10 min when I got to the restaurant for my food.
Had to eat and drive so I thought maybe I'll stop by here shortly after they opened. Nothing like it was yesterday during their Grand Opening. Everything prepared to perfection!!
