“The ribs were tender and cooked to perfection. The sausage was good. Mac & Cheese was cooked perfectly and it wasn’t too cheesy. Pinto beans had a great flavor and the peach cobbler was divine. The fast and friendly service was the icing on my dining experience!!“

“The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. A 10 out of a .10. We had the blackened salmon and sampled the fried chicken wings. Everything was seasoned perfectly, the service was great, the establishment was clean and the cool aid was even good. I will be going back .“

“MAYNE HOLD LUPP muddy muddy situation I be passing this place up alot it's just in a crazy place but this food here I mean I ATE EVERY THING I got the catfish plate my wife got the ox tails NOW YOU ALL READY KNOW IM VERY HARD ON PEOPLE SOUL FOOD this here was off the chain he catfish was so fluffy and meaty he bead had to be just baked French fries was amazing the rice was amazing and foolywooly the dipping sauces was a foolywooly I had to get 3 extra for my fish and the ox tails was so damn good on that rice hey gave plenty of gravy to something that is a must for me we ate it in the parking lot just to enjoy the scenery I'm happy we stopped here I hope you get your food as fresh as I did I mean steaming hot

“Courtesy is outstanding. Knowledgeable service. I wanted some greens (real, not canned) they were the real thing. Ribs were tender and not sauced (my favorite way). I WILL be back and soon to try other options. Please give them a try. Can't add a photo. I ate the food too fast.“

“Omggg me and my kids got the pork chop and meatloaf with yams, dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans on the side. It was a peach drink that was sooo good it didn’t make it home. I definitely will be coming back my new favorite spot.“

“1st time coming. Ordered the Monday two piece dark special @ $1.99. Had to purchase minimum or 3 orders, but total came under $6. Also tried the shrimp. Everything was hot, crispy and well season for the cheap. Recommend. Host was very friendly. Food came out on time.“

“I recommend this restaurant to anyone that doesn't know how to cook and they are looking for food that their mother used to make. Make sure you get there early on Sundays because if you show up after 1:30pm you will be in line... Awesome Food!!!“

I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. Not only was the food hot and crispy, but it also had that homemade taste that made it truly special. I've been to Halls Honey Fried Chicken three days in a row because their food is just that good! I highly recommend giving them a try. For the outstanding service and delicious food, I believe they truly deserve five stars. I will definitely be coming back for more.
