I got there right before 5pm for a curbside. 2 people who showed up after me got their items. At least 10 plus cars in the drive thru got their food even though they showed up after me. Curbside is a joke.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A we have ever been to, and we've been loyal customers of this franchise for over 20 years. The manager, Willie, was extremely rude to my wife (he basically verbally assaulted her) and should not be in a management position. He lacks basic customer service skills and does not care about the customer experience or believe in basic human decency. It's a shame to see such a great establishment tarnished by poor management. Chick-fil-A is a great fast food spot with a variety of meal options. They offer grilled nuggets, waffle fries, kale salad, and a fruit cup. The restaurant has plenty of seating, including a playground for kids. It is wheelchair accessible and has handycab parking. Service is courteous and efficient, with the best and super friendly staff who are eager to help. The physical location of the store is VERY crowded and getting in and out of the area is almost always a challenge. The spicy chicken meal and chicken part of the sandwich can sometimes be very dry and too hard. Staff were very friendly and helpful but it is better to sit inside in the future.
