“The service here was excellent. Tony was one of the best servers I’ve ever had.I wasn’t a fan of the food. Maybe we ordered the wrong things.We ordered a few of the salsas. I didn’t care for the taste of any of them. I tried a basic cheese enchilada and thought it was way too deep red for me (too much dried chili seasoning). The picadillo was good. My favorite were the drinks. Hats off to the bartender! The cheesecake was pretty good too! You’ll love it if you like cinnamon.I like the idea of the twist on Tex-Mex. I probably should have tried the ribs. I definitely think it’s worth a visit to see if it’s more your style.“

“This place is very unique and comfortable. Limited menu of well chosen sandwiches and appetizers. We didn't drink, but the bar looked amazing. The sign outside does not say The Watering Trough, so it was hard to find until I looked at the picture of the building.Kid-friendliness: Only three tables of people when we were there but we all had kids with us. Noon on a Sunday.Wheelchair accessibility: Our son is not in a wheelchair but has mobility issues and development delays, so I am always looking for places without stairs and wide open spaces between tables. The staff were patient while he ordered his own food and spoke to him kindly, rather than talking to me for him. I appreciate that so much!“

“We had a great time at Cheddar's. We had a huge table and a lot of people. Our waitress was so sweet. She was attentive and with our loud crazy table she got everything right! She is an amazing waitress! Her name is Amirany! I hope I got that right. She is a beautiful young woman and just made our experience so awesome. There was just one mistake in the to go order but not her fault! I called once we got home and Hector the manager remembered us. He was so awesome and offered me the plate for free! We had three orders it was so good and I wish I had some right this moment ???I had the Chicken Fettuccine Funghi, and it was the best fettuccine dish I’ve had in years. The portion was generous. I couldn’t finish my plate, but I took it to go and it tasted good the next day too. I just finished the leftovers matter of fact. My god I wish I had some more bc it was so good. ???My sister had the Italian sausage ravioli. I will say that while this was VERY delicious, the portion size seemed small. Though that could just be because ravioli in general is faster to eat that traditional noodles lol.My mom gets fully easily so she ordered a butter lettuce salad and a side of fettuccine. And even those a la carte orders were generous portions. Lettuce was definitely quality butter lettuce, though if you’re a dressing person I don’t think this is the salad for you. Nevertheless it was ALL delicious.For dessert we had the cheesecake and it was richhhhhhhhhhhh. I personally prefer not so rich cheesecakes but it was still very good and all three of us shared it. “We actually stumbled on this place on accident the first day we moved to Cedar Park. They had placed $7 teriyaki bowl signs near the main road, and my daughter thought it sounded good. This place is now one of our go-to places for good quick food, and I can't say enough about the service awesome experience all the way around.“
