If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never eat at this place ever again. (Which is too bad because we loved eating at your place) I ordered the beef teriyaki plate and never got the chance enjoy it. After I placed my order, I hung out by the counter with several other customers waiting for their orders too. The cook would place Styrofoam containers on the counter and let people know that their order was ready. I was never called or gestured for my order. After about 30 mins...read full review

Always seems like the employees have something better to do. One employee was on his cellphone while the other sneeze into his hand and pick his nose and didn't wash his hands before interacting with guests again. This place is gross and disgusting. Have pride in your work.

Negative stars if I could. I ordered a side dish, shrimp tempura,which I know and love (from other places). Should have been 4 shrimp but two were empty batter shells. ”Service" was laughably awful... two people ordered after me and got their full meals before me. I walked up after that and the guy acted like he hadn't seen me (my face is scarred a bit, I don't blend in with a crowd), yells at someone in back and I got my "food".
