“Most of the time we don’t have a problem with this DQ. But tonight the service was horrible. Starting with a 5+ minute wait at the speaker. Then we had to wait for another 5+ minutes for two Blizzards that didn’t hardly have any toppings and were not stirred to the bottom.

“Normally my orders are always accurate. I don't know if the problem was that it was almost closing or not. I ordered large fries with my husband's hamburger but the fry box was 0 there wasn't any cheese sauce in the bag at all. Very disappointed as Sonic gets a lot of our business.“

“Today my servicer's name is Troan, he provided such a great service. He made sure I received honey mustard sauce for chicken tenders and he came back and asked me if I needed anything. I really do hope his manager Javier receives my review to let him know Troan is doing an amazing job. I hope Troan is rewarded by his manager. Great job Troan. 😁“
