“1st visit was a success. We tried the breakfast taco which was full of bacon ?, didn't have to go searching to make sure that they actually put it in there. And I've never had an apple fritter like this, lots of cinnamon and apples, crispy on the outside nice and soft inside just as it should be.“

That might be the best cinnamon twist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a fair amount in my time. “Every time I take donuts or kolaches to my colleagues, they always ask where they're from. These people take pride in their skills and are always so kind. I go in for donuts around 0550, and they always give me a fresh batch. They pretty much melt in your mouth. They are also very affordable, with a dozen donuts running at just $7.00. I have gone to other places where the dozen costs twice as much. When I take my daughter for donuts to a shop closer to her school, she always spends close to $10.00. Here, she gets more things for just $5.00. Please visit my friends! Their donuts are incomparable to Shipley's or Dunkin' . They're delicious!“

“My family and I love this place! They make you feel welcome immediately upon walking in the door. The donuts are amazing. The apple fritters and cake donuts are amazing. My favorite is the burritos, my husbands is the jalapeño sausage kolaches, and our sons varies each visit. My son loves it here. They are attentive to his needs and always make sure to ask him directly what he'd like to order. Nobody does that anymore! Makes him feel so special. Great service and great food.“

“Mrs Elsa that works here is very friendly and nice, she's always in a good mood and smiling when I come in. The food is delicious, the kolaches are great but I especially love the spinach and feta or strawberry and cream kolache that they have. Also they have Vietnamese iced coffee which you can't just get anywhere, and it uses cafe du monde coffee to give it that authentic flavor. The only complaint is that I'm getting fat since I work in this area. 😆

“I was told not to go here and that they give out old donuts/food. However I like to try things for myself to form my own opinion, and I’m glad I did. The donuts were delicious my whole office loved them, they hound me weekly for them ?! The customer service is great as well.

They have jumbo and regular Kolaches but just get the regular, as the sausage and cheese slides to one side and there is just too much bread. Tastes good! And glazed donuts holes are our to-go treat, by the dozen. Very friendly, albeit, a bit busy because there may be only one counter person and there is a drive-thru.“

“I can’t believe someone left a shameful review of this place. My kids and I have been getting donuts here every Friday since we moved to La Porte. The man doesn’t speak as much as English as his wife but they are BOTH so unbelievable friendly! She learned my kids names and their orders and no matter how busy it is she takes the time to special make my sons frosting and sprinkles covered donuts! Their apple fritters are to die for (much better than competitors) but it saddens me when any donut place served a pink iced donut and it ISNT strawberry flavored. It isn't marketed as it, so they're not doing anything wrong, it's just personal preference.

“Yep! I want some more!! When I first walked past the first thing I noticed was people dining in.. do you know how delicious you gotta be of a donut shop to have people dining in?...IN UNITY? Oh my gawd! Cool gimmick just in case anyone wants to grab it when business is slow or expanding, mannequins in the seats in front the window dining at the tables so when others walk past it's like ooh it looks full up in there, I might try it. With or without this idea, they are still amazing. Going again!“

“I love coming here. The lady that runs it is very sweet, and often gives me an extra donut or a couple donut holes free of charge. Not a big fan of the boudin, but everything else is super.
