“I spent a week at Spirit Wild Ranch back in 2006 and it was a fantastic time. It is a beautiful spot with every type of landscape you can imagine. From massive fields broken by wooded areas to picturesque water frontage on a crystal clear creek, it offers all kinds of opportunities for several species. It is well groomed and cared for to ensure longevity of future visitors. The accommodations were excellent, as was the company. Ted and family are salt of the earth folks and I wish more people had the opportunity to meet them outside of the normal media circus. Great place, beautiful accommodations & fantastic people. Highly reccommend.”

“We were in on Christmas Eve. Short handed crew, crowded with customers. Alexis and (Butter)John along with the duty manager took care of us like we were the only people there! The kitchen did an excellent job on the steaks and the vegetables were perfect. Baked potato was as usual, ready to eat with plenty of butter, and hot. Got spoiled by these guys! Happy for sure.”

“Very busy place. The portions were large, but not so large that you wasted food. Staff was very friendly. I got the Avocado bacon scramble, it was a hearty dish, I couldn't eat it all at about 90% of it. Husband got Ham Bacon and Cheese Skillet with hash browns; he ate about 90% of it; got too full. My mother got another skillet and was pleased with the taste of everything. My friend and her mother got Avocado Mash and the other got a pancake with an egg. Overall worth the price paid for the quality of the food.”

“First time to eat here and what a wonderful experience! Owned by an Italian family and food is very authentic. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive and the food delicious! The bread was wonderful, not bread sticks, but baked to perfection brushed with garlic oil and parmesan sprinkled on top. I had the salad with chicken and the portions were plentiful, the salad fresh and crispy and the chicken was seasoned. So tasty and so very happy to find this great restaurant. Highly recommend.”

“We stopped by this coffee shop while visiting Waco from further south. We got the lemon blueberry scone, pumpkin muffin, and 2 iced oat bonfire lattes. The scone was an absolutely delicious morning sweet treat. The pumpkin muffin was less sweet but equally tasty. The lattes sealed the deal that we will be back any chance we get!”
