“We celebrated my mom’s 90 th birthday with 20 guests. Everything was wonderful, the food, staff and ambience was fantastic. Everyone praised their food choices and the salted caramel chocolate cake was to die for. I highly recommend Kindling Kitchen for any celebration.”

“We were here for a baby shower and it was the best one I have ever been to. The bar staff were great, they were slinging drinks quick! And they were so nice too. I love all the specials they had going on, which were posted don the chalk wall behind the bar. Btw there is a thing called train shots, every time the train passes they do $2 shots. The back patio was fantastic! Plenty of room with lots of tables and a stage for live music. Kids are allowed till 8. So it was great to see them all running around. And there were 2 good trucks to get some grub. We will be back for sure, baby shower or not.”

“Y’all!! If you haven’t been to Catalano’s Pizzeria in a while, here’s your sign to go back! I had the lemon butter spaghetti (GLUTEN FREE) with clams and scallops and let me tell you what…it’s hands down the best clam spaghetti I’ve had in my life (and I’ve had a lot of clam spaghetti at all kinds of Italian restaurants). Just amazing! Hubby had fettuccini Alfredo with chicken Parmesan and that looked delicious too:) thank you for an amazing date night dinner!! Everything was so delicious!!”

“The sweetest stop in Cibolo! We always go in for a treat when we’re in town. They have a great variety of ice cream and the cutest seating (even for the smallest patrons). My daughter just had her first “baby cone” here and she LOVED interacting with the employees and other customers. Definitely a must stop!🤍”

“First, the manager is great! He has a great personality and seems to be great at running the store. Second, the food is really good! I didn’t used to like buffalo wild wings but since they started cooking in beef tallow so I gave them another try. So glad that I did!! The wings, burger and fries were awesome!”

“Such a friendly location with great staff! I ordered delivery and got my pizza but part of the order was wrong. I called an spoke with Kyle. He was apologetic and offered solutions to make it right. I am close to the store and volunteered to run up and get the right one. Kyle offered to remake the order since it might not be hot. I declined as it hadn't been long. When I came up, he had indeed made me a new hot pizza. Mistakes happen and its about how we handle them I will certainly be patronizing this location again”

“So, while I do want to recommend Erick’s I also want to give a warning. Let’s start with the good… the food is really good. I have had a hard time finding decent Mexican food in the area and this place hits all the marks for me. Chips and salsa is great, food is on point, the place is clean and the people are nice. It’s a fast casual place that hasn’t quite figured out yet… the staff is very nice and I feel like they are trying hard but both times we have been it’s been very slow. Like family of 4 nearly 45 min just to receive our food. Both times we have had to teach someone down to ask for chips and salsa. 1st visit we received our appetizer (corn in a cup) before we even got back to the table with the water and the second time we didn’t receive the appetizer (corn in the cup again, it is seriously good) until after we were finished with our dinner and had to ask twice. Again the food is good and I am going to give it another chance because of that but I’m going in knowing that if I don’t leave frustrated it will be a first….”

“My favorite dish is shrimp egg Foo young in magic china cooks it better than anybody else. My second favorite favorite dish there is the sesame chicken but I like mine with pineapple. Price is $9.95, But if the price quote over the phone was given correctly and now it becomes a $16 dish which I find ludicrous. I wonder if Jackie the owner knows about this.”

“Food is fantastic cold cuts are sliced when you order, meat NEVER lays out during the day and the veggies are always fresh. Hot sandwiches are done same way. Cooked when you order. Whether you call in your order or by the app never a mistake on the order. At least I never had that problem.”
