“Kaitlin was a amazing! She remained consistent with our table as well as the other 4 she was tending to.
All the staff were top notch!
Ordered the app fingerlings, which were a meal in itself with some of the spiciest peppers that were on the side 🙌
My entry, shrimp and scallops, perfectly cooked although, the scallops had a little gritty. But the flavors were amazing. My husband ordered the braised ribs, but got braised beef 🤷‍♀️ He's not one to complain, so he ate it. He enjoyed the flavor on his meal.
We initially found Kindling on the Culinaria week options. We'll certainly revisit.”

“We were here for a baby shower and it was the best one I have ever been to. The bar staff were great, they were slinging drinks quick! And they were so nice too. I love all the specials they had going on, which were posted don the chalk wall behind the bar. Btw there is a thing called train shots, every time the train passes they do $2 shots. The back patio was fantastic! Plenty of room with lots of tables and a stage for live music. Kids are allowed till 8. So it was great to see them all running around. And there were 2 good trucks to get some grub. We will be back for sure, baby shower or not.”

“The sweetest stop in Cibolo! We always go in for a treat when we’re in town. They have a great variety of ice cream and the cutest seating (even for the smallest patrons). My daughter just had her first “baby cone” here and she LOVED interacting with the employees and other customers. Definitely a must stop!🤍”

But I'm thrilled I finally found it. Soufflé Cafe & Bistro is one of those rare spots that feels like it’s been waiting just for you to discover it.

I showed up a little before closing and they greeted us with nothing but kindness and zero hint of the negative energy you sometimes get elsewhere. That alone speaks volumes.

We ordered breakfast, and every bite was a warm hug from the kitchen. The omelet? Fluffy, flavorful, and gone way too fast. The potatoes hit that perfect crispy-soft balance, and the waffle, a chef’s kiss! Golden, crisp, and just the right amount of indulgent. I left with a blueberry cheesecake in hand (and absolutely no regrets), and let’s just say it almost didn’t survive the car ride home.

What makes this place shine isn’t just the food, it’s the heart behind it. You can feel that it’s family-run, likely by a group of sisters who clearly love what they do. It’s the kind of place where the care shows up in every detail, from the warm welcome to the perfectly executed plates. Way better than any chain restaurant, and with soul to spare.

Oh, and did I mention they have a drive-through? That’s right. Gourmet-level comfort food and a drive-through window? It’s like they knew exactly what we needed in life.

Already planning my next visit, and this time I’m diving into their drink menu. If you haven’t been yet, go. Just go. You’ll walk out full, happy, and wondering how you ever missed this little gem in the first place.”

“I used to work here and it was by far the BEST job I’ve ever had . They treated every employee like family and every customer who came thru the door with kindness . Lis and Jayme are super knowledgeable when it comes to wine and only bringing the best stuff in . Amber the manager is also AMAZING and always coming up with great ideas for the place . 10/10 recommend stopping in to experience it sometime and enjoy all they have to offer !”

“Such a friendly location with great staff! I ordered delivery and got my pizza but part of the order was wrong. I called an spoke with Kyle. He was apologetic and offered solutions to make it right. I am close to the store and volunteered to run up and get the right one. Kyle offered to remake the order since it might not be hot. I declined as it hadn't been long. When I came up, he had indeed made me a new hot pizza. Mistakes happen and its about how we handle them I will certainly be patronizing this location again”

“My favorite dish is shrimp egg Foo young in magic china cooks it better than anybody else. My second favorite favorite dish there is the sesame chicken but I like mine with pineapple. Price is $9.95, But if the price quote over the phone was given correctly and now it becomes a $16 dish which I find ludicrous. I wonder if Jackie the owner knows about this.”

“All I can speak for are the 2 subs that I get the Italian and the Philly cheesesteak. The secret to me with the Philly cheesesteak is get provolone. Cheese. Don't get the American, the staff is friendly. And the food is good. Some people may like Subway, but it's Jersey. Mike's more expensive. Yes, but it's much better quality. And the giant subs are 14 inches, so do the math. In the old saying applies the Jersey. Mike's you get what you paid for and at least with them? I may pay more with their quality and their portions of meat are just so much better. As always I only review the subs that I eat and those are the two that I Have I do wish they had a meatball sub?They used to but for some reason they stop doing it and I wish they would seriously consider bringing it back. So I will make this suggestion to you. Get a Subway sandwich and then get a sub from Jersey Mike's and compare the 2. I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion. As always I hope this helps”
