“The last couple of times I’ve been to this location the nuggets are extremely salty. Which is sad cause I love the chicken but can’t do salty.“

“I placed an order over the phone. The person who took the call was very courteous and friendly and my order was placed promptly. I received a text to let me know my order was ready and when I came to pick it up, I received the same friendly customer service that I was greeted with on the phone.

My chicken was delicious. Even after driving home, my chicken was still warm and crunchy. I ordered a garlic honey chicken and it did not disappoint. I also ordered a bowl of rose dteboeki. It was very warm and had deliciously spiced flavor.

This has to be one of the best experiences ordering and pleasing to the pallet.“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“Stopped by earlier today. The restaurant is clean and cozy. The rice was cold and the fajitas were chewy . But over all it was pretty good.“

“So I'll start off saying I love the food here. Its always flavored great I love to get the build a bowls. Now my negative review and why I dont give 5 stars is they do not regulate having anything available during peak times. Lunch time and dinner everything is out and the grill is full cooking but nothing is ready for 30min to an hour. I would say they need to regulate cooking and having food constantly ready for customer needs. Other than that customer service is great and I will still be a customer just hope feedback helps change some things.“

“Need numbers for every single menu item, if you can only hire Spanish speakers that do not a word of english. Food Is 5 stars, service is always difficult and half the time online orders are missing something or have something wrong. Business would be booming if they made small adjustments like that, bring a translator app if you are getting anything in the evening. Not exactly served with a smile either, especially if you can't speak fluent spanish.“

“Member shout out to Miss Dana! We went in last night for the cookie decorating event and free kids meals which is amazing!! Miss Dana has helped us before and was there again tonight and I just wanted to say she is absolutely lovely every time we see her!! Her kindness and attitude is so welcoming and loving and we chatted about ourselves and it was so nice. After a super long day it was so refreshing to talk with her! “No playground- I saw a picture in a review that showed a playground, so I wanted to clear that up. Otherwise, no complaints. Was worried about parking because there aren't that many spaces, but we went right at dinner time (6:00-6:15pm) and there were at least 2 available spaces to chose from“

“I just want to give a shout out to Bush's chicken! I was not feeling well Thursday night and my comfort food is their baked chicken. I ordered through doordash and Bush's called me a few minutes later. The lady on the phone informed me they didn't have baked chicken ready so gave me the option ot wait or substitute or refund. I let her know I was happy to wait. She updated my delivery time and my food arrived fresh and hot a little while later. I wish I had gotten her name because most places would just cancel on you or give you whatever but I really appreciated this service especially while I was sick!“
