“We just had a Christmas party on Monday & everything went so smoothly. The staff was amazing & so was the food & drinks. The venue is beautiful also. We had 54 guests & they were all happy with their meals. We will do again next year! Highly recommend.”

“I visited 12/20/25 and have been here quite a few times. I drive 20 minutes to this location because it’s the best one. I had the honor of Rachel being my server for breakfast and she is just the most kind human, even when customers aren’t nice back. There was an old man who she was also serving and he whistled at her, which is so disrespectful to do to anyone. I don’t think his table tipped her at all either. And to the end she was so kind. I had the means to tip her extra today and I’m so glad for it. The management at this IHOP needs to give a pay raise to all of the staff, because everyone I have met is nice. Thank you, Rachel!”

“Since moving to Texas eating at Pier 6 has been our favorite dining experience. The food was delicious and mirrored New Orleans finest. Chef Joe Cervantez culinary skills result in delicious food from appetizers, entree to desserts! Our waiter was extraordinary and was so kind and polite. The restaurant sits on Galveston Bay; hence the atmosphere is fun and lively along with a beautiful view.”

“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!”

I feel like we travelled the centuries as well as the globe, in one evening, right here in Kemah, Texas. Incredible food and people. Fifteen courses authentic to the timeline of Choctaw and Thai food, even first known recipes dating back to 1640. “This spot has become our go to location for Tamales and tortillas. The Tamales are amazing. I am forever getting them for my office and now have everyone going there to get them as well. We have tried tamales everywhere because they are one of my families favorite items and we will not get them from anywhere else now. Give them a try - they are truly the BEST!!!!”
