“We visited Great American Steakhouse the day after Mother's Day to celebrate my son's birthday. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was delicious, as always, and the drinks were amazing. The brisket was a little dry, possibly because the plates took a while to come out together, but considering the timing—right after a busy holiday—I can understand if staffing was lighter than usual. Despite that, the servers who did assist us were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. It was a nice way to celebrate, and we’ll definitely be back.

The servers were attentive, large selection different dishes = something for everyone, wait time was reasonable - it was pretty full, food was good and hot, portions were big enough fir me to enjoy the rest of my salmon and rice. My bestie munched on her cornmeal fried fish, baked potato and beans and rice for breakfast and lunch...all-in-all, we had a very enjoyable time catching up with family over a delicious meal. “I been knowing about this place for 15 years so I finally decided to try it. Had the Parillada with Asada and Alpastor. Meats was fresh and good. A little too on the greasy side but it was still good. Had Limonada and Jaimaca Agua Fresca and they were really good not too sweet or too old. The elderly Lady gave us an awesome service really nice lady and also the young gentleman at the cash register. I will go back but want to try the tripas menudo and barbacoa l.“

“Decided to try my luck at some pool cause I haven't played in forever, grabbed some friends and hit up Pockets! Plenty of pool tables, staff were friendly, food was good. I like the huge beer mugs! 32 oz is a big ol mug so no need for refills too often which was good cause our waitress was a ghost. That'd be my only complaint if I had one. If we needed anything, we had to track her down cause she never came by and it was SLOW on a Tuesday afternoon. There was about 6 people in there so not sure what she was up to. Other than that, everything was great!“

“Some of these reviews made me fear this place . I was working on this side of town for a week and came in once. I got the rajas. They were tasty and a drink that had real fruit it seemed like in a bottle . That was good too. The lady was nice and the burrito was nice and warm. If I go back to work on that side of town again I will enjoy another burrito from them“

“Martín was the best server me and my wife have ever had we always say how servers in El Paso are so demanding and entitled but Martín was the complete opposite he made sure all drinks were always filled, rearranged out table for us based on where we were sitting, made sure multiple times everything was ok and that we had everything we needed and wasn’t overbearing looking at us eat and just was so quick attentive and aware of who he was serving.“
