5 Best American Restaurants near Coldspring

“First time to eat here this evening. Was coming home from a long trip. Chose to get the 14oz ribeye (first thing I liked was the choice of 12, 14 and 16 Oz steak depending on your appetite. I miss that from the steak house I had to move away from. The atmosphere was a cozy small town restaurant and the waitstaff was kind, courteous, friendly and very helpful. When my steak arrived, it was flame broiled and cooked to my specifications (medium rare). Kudos to the cook. The only thing I can say that I do not like about this restaurant is it is across the lake (as the crow flies) BUT that will not stop me from making this my destination for steak dinners. Also look forward to their all you can eat fish. I’m sure it will be the same great quality served with a smile. Would definitely recommend and will return. 👍“

“Stopped in town today and decided to visit The Hop while I was here. The price on the banana split was excellent compared to other places. The cheese fries tasted so great and I cannot recommend them enough. The young lady at the counter was so sweet when she took our order and had amazing customer service. I'm not usually around this area, but I will be back next time I pass through!“

“We had a meeting at The Family restaurant and the snacks were fantastic. Really it was more than a snack and it was set up in a way that did not interrupt our meeting. Real home cooking is what you get and super friendly people serving. FYI, the daiquiris were refreshing after the meeting too.“
