I enjoyed the practice of ordering before I sat down, and not having to wait to ordr.
The Eggcetera was my choice because of the yellow corn grits!
I sat at the counter and was surprised at how quickly the plate came. It looked sooooo good, I started eating before I took the picture!!
I've travelled all over the U.S. on a motorcycle and with a tent, eating only in local places. This is the best breakfast place I've found that does it all well.
The eggs were over medium, as orderd, and were perfect! This is only the 2nd place in 30 years to get the eggs right.
The homemade biscuit was awesome, especially with the homemade jam.
The 3 pieces of bacon were just right, cooked a little crispy, but not raw or burned.
Of course, the best part was the yellow corn grits! MMMMM!!!!! They were perfectly cooked, tasty corn flavor, and hot. Again, this is only the 2nd place in 30 years to get yellow corn grits right! (White grits are just tasteless, unless something else is added.)
The next time I'm passing through, I'll be sure to get some coffee. It also smelled great!“

“The inside isn't fancy, but the food is delicious. Far better than most places. I ordered a dish that had fried plantain on the bottom with lettuce and dressing and topped with fried chicken. It was the best fried chicken I've ever eaten. Amazing!!!! And it's very affordable. The place stays very busy, so if in a hurry it's not a great choice. Food is made to order and once you order, it can take 20 minutes or so.“

The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is bc we made reservations for 7pm tonight. When we walked in the place was packed and there wasn't a table available for us. He is a one man army; bartender, cook, server, busser, owner, etc. He provides the most authentic cuisine, cocktails and teas, of all sushi restaurants in town. He even remembered our wine selection from a previous night, a night where the restaurant was extremely busy, Valentine’s Day. We have been coming for years, and realized we had never given him a shout out before. This is long overdue! We love Sunny’s place, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It is our #1 place in College Station for date night, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about Azure. If you’re on a time crunch, and it’s a busy night, please have some grace and understand that he creates these masterpieces all by hand, by himself, for each and every patron. “They are currently short staff but be patient, the wait is worth it. Food is made with high quality and noticeable care. I am definitely a new regular for bulgogi Gimbap. Also wanted to share how beautiful the cook was on the fried chicken dumplings I ordered yesterday. Everything was delicious, affordable and filling. I fell in love with Korean cuisine after living in South Korea for a year and this is the most authentic tasting Korean restaurant I’ve found in years. So glad I found the hidden gem that is Choi’s Restaurant. You guys will be seeing alot of me. It makes me sad to see negative reviews about wait times when the food is so good. I would just recommend eating here when you have time to spare or suck it up.“

“A staple of College Station. This is a must visit if you are in the College Station area. We have been coming here for years. The service and the wings are great! If you are in town for the big game, make sure you stop in. But, they are crowded on games days so leave some space in your schedule.“

My order didn't take long to fill and I noticed they put the time the order was made, on the bag. The clerk was courteous and respectful. The food was good, but it took way too long to serve. The kids were hungry, affecting the table mood. The waiter was sorry, but he was dependent on the kitchen. “I come here so often I should give 5 stars but I have to be honest. Service really depends on who's working. Rogelio and two younger ladies whose names I don't know are awesome!!! They even know my order by heart, all three of them!!! But if the older ladies are working it's 50/50 on whether or not my order is even right. They've messed up my order in the drive thru numerous times (but the 3 MVPs don't, ever). They also seem rude when you talk to them. The food is always delicious though!!! Overall I give 4/5 stars because the older staff honestly doesn't give their best, otherwise it'd be 5 stars.“
