“We wanted to check out the place with the new owners and the food was amazing!! The cheese sticks were enormous and exquisite (according to my daughter). I got the salmon, sweet potatoes fries, asparagus, & green beans. I’m allergic to dairy and they were able to accommodate me without skimping on the taste. My salmon was cooked perfect (I like it medium). My husband had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a big piece of cornbread. Everything was cooked well & tasted great. My daughter also got the tomato soup and liked the taste but she personally didn’t care for the creaminess of it. We can’t wait to come again soon!! We sat in the Cowboy Lounge with the AC!“

“First time, service was great, enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich with fries. It was delicious, iced tea was so fresh and refreshing. Will return for the Fall Festival in Roundtop 😊“

“Love this local restaurant. Drove 1.5 hours just to have lunch and get pie. Not fancy. Tiny little place with awesome decor. Down to earth family style seating. Staff is super friendly. True American cuisine and culture. If you dont like it. Leave. Thier pie is seriously some of the best I have ever had.“
