“I love the owner. You can often find him working. The burgers are juicey, the catfish is well cooked. The vegetables are always perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is great. It is a great place to bring a date or your family.“

“My love and I came before the Super Bowl and it was empty when we first arrived, but it’s becoming fuller as we’re about to leave. I got the Western Bacon BBQ burger meal with skinny fries, and the burger was so delicious, I told the cooks that they put BOTH feet into it, ensuring it was more delicious than I expected. My love had the turkey burger meal with skinny fries and really enjoyed it, even recommending I try it next time we return. Great customer service all around!“

“Chapps is becoming one of my favorite burger places. My coworkers introduced me to it and I kept going back for more lol. The burgers are really good, they’re too big for me to finish all of it now, but still worth it to me. You can tell they use real beef and simple, but fresh ingredients to get that fresh homemade taste. The Cajun fries and ranch are also really good. I like a good ranch.“

I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

“It was just two friends having dinner and catching up. Our waiter was Sergio. This guy was so fun. He checked on us on a regular basis but also chatted and laughed with us. The food was great. It was 6:00 on a Friday night and we were seated immediately.“

“The name suits the taste, the burgers were incredible, I didn’t get mine with Bacon but my wife did and after she shared the bacon with me I immediately regretted not ordering it with bacon. Their bacon is unlike any other. We ordered fries and a drink with it. The seasoned fries are good, they definitely did not hold back on the amount they serve you, they have Pepsi products to drink that includes a free refill. The staff were super friendly and honestly if it wasn’t for them giving out samples I would not have tried it.“

One guy hung out in the back on the phone walking around touching all the things with his gloves on just before finally going to help in the kitchen without changing gloves. No ice available for drinks. Food wasn’t good and we barely ate it because the place is gross, bacon was burned. Nothing good about this place at all. One of my sons said he’s going home and going straight to the bathroom. 😣 Skip this place!“

Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. “The food tasted good, burger cooked the way I asked, and came hot and fast, and with a leaf of lettuce!!!...the only issue with the burger is the patty was on the dry side....I'm assuming lean, as it wasn't over cooked...solid pink in the middle.

Bacon was actually pretty good, meaning it wasn't thin and non-existent. Could actually taste it in the burger.

Crispy fries were ok to good. Reasonable portion.

Price though...combo upgrade w/ fries and soda was almost the cost of the burger....so $20+

“Passing through DFW airport we stopped at our first SMASH burger. I went ahead and got the Smash Chicken Burger Sandwich and my wife got a traditional smash burger. The chicken was great and made out of ground chicken like a patty and the milkshake was on point. The fries could’ve been a bit more fresh but I get it we are at an airport. Overall not bad for our first experience. Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh on the sandwiches mix but they cake the mayo on.“
