“Generous servings, the vegetables were all very fresh tasting and the chicken looked to me as only white meat which I prefer. The Tom Kha was the best we've had so far!! It was full of vegetables and we chose chicken for our protein. Even the broth alone was so so good! It comes with rice so definitely a filling meal unlike other places that I've tried. The Drunken Noodles had a perfect amount of thai basil which is always a winner! My fiance got it with chicken and shrimp level 2 spice. Everything is made without spice but you can pick a level 1-5 or just get the chili oil on the side and add more to your liking. I got the Pad Woon Sen level 1 spice with chicken and it was perfect for me.“

“This is an amazing place. A small quiet place that packs a punch. Took the kids and wife for dinner and this place lives up to its reputation! Authentic food extremely polite service. We looked it.
We ordeded their classics, crab rangoon, chicken satay, veg spring rolls for the vegeterian wife and pad thai, red chicken curry and drunken fried rice with a Tom kha soup.

“The food is worthy of 5 stars, but the service on our last two visits was terrible. They have an extensive menu with all of the better known Thai favorites and some interesting (and tasty) variations. The Pot Stickers are great. So is the Tom Yum Thailicious - their spin on classic Tom Yum. The Pineapple Fried Rice is addictive. Highly recommend the Pad Thai. The Hostess was as friendly and engaged as she could be, but on the visit before last our waiter spent most of his time sitting at a table looking at his phone, and when he occasionally thought to actually check on us he was surly to the point of being almost non-conversational (rude?). On our last visit it was the same story. We actually asked the hostess if she could please seat us in a section of the restaurant that we thought was not his. She gladly obliged, but it turned out that we miscalculated and wound up with him as our waiter again. This time he spent less time checking his phone, but his attitude and level of engagement was no better. We love their food, so maybe we order food for pick up in the future. We saw a steady steam of customers picking up orders, so maybe that's the way to go. That way we're not expected to tip a rude and inattentive waiter.“

John is a retired military veteran who now helps run the restaurant with his wife, and they are the sweetest, most personable couple. They even sat with us at our table and made us feel like family — their warmth and passion shine through in both the food and the atmosphere. On top of the incredible menu, they also have a market where you can buy Thai groceries, and even a play area with toys for kids. “My family visited Rhaan Thai in Arlington on 11/14/2025 while visiting from Colorado. We were so impressed and absolutely loved the food. We ordered pad Thai, orange chicken, egg rolls, crab ragoons, and the egg drop soup — which honestly stole the show. The service was also amazing. “I just moved in around the corner from this market/restaurant, and my landlord recommended it to me. It's a tiny place with an attached store and seems to be run by a family. There's nothing fancy here. Just a very relaxed, friendly, and comfortable environment. I ordered the beef pho and it was outstanding. The broth was rich, perfectly seasoned, and extremely authentic with generous portions of meat, vegetables, and noodles.
I'll be back to try the Thai dishes soon.

“Despite the name, this isn't really a pho restaurant. I think they do serve pho, but it's mainly Thai and Lao. We've eaten here 10-12 times and it's always delicious. Their panang curry is one of my favorite things anywhere. Their other curries and the pad grapow are very good, too. My wife usually gets pad see ew and always enjoys it.“
