“Very reasonable pricing with excellent food; I was shocked they weren't busier. Lunch included an egg roll (which was okay), but also a cup of soup and IT was delicious. I had wonton soup and the broth itself was SO good and the crispy noodle chips to add to the soup were delicious, in and out of the soup. Our excellent waitress April even gave me some crispy noodle chips to take home.My entree was shrimp lo mein and it was delicious, a very good portion for the price. SO had Hot & Sour Soup and Pad Thai, both of which were as delicious as my dishes. Lastly, everything was served piping hot, a sure sign that it was cooked on the spot.“
“Khao-soi Curry noodles with the beef shank would highly recommend everything is fresh and packs an immense deep flavor. The dish has a lot of different textures that balance the eachother very well. Be mindful of the spice levels. The owner gave us some Thai sweet tea to help cool down another heavy hitter. Definitely need to try them.“
“I am so happy we discovered this wonderful place! The food is absolutely delicious. I recently discovered the Green Curry. Oh my goodness! I’m craving it now! The owners make everything and make sure their dishes are authentic. If you are near Carrollton, this is a must!“
“My wife and I recently discovered this restaurant, and we absolutely love it! Everything we ate tasted amazing. We are excited to come back and try more items on the menu. The customer service was incredible. Any time an employee walked past our table they asked if we needed something. It wasn't just our waitress making sure we were satisfied. 5 stars for sure.“
“I ordered the beef pho, which was not highlighted on the menu but was exceptionally good. My son ordered the wonton soup, and it was so perfectly earthy that we actually got another set of bowls so we could share each other’s dishes. My fiancé ordered the classic Tom Yum, and “yum” perfectly described it.I still can’t believe how good the food was!The service was great as well, very intimate, and we were checked on often. A few of the servers were on their phones at the front of the house, which is always a negative, but our server wasn’t, so I’m not holding it against her. They also gave us Thai Tea on the house, which was delightful! I love this place. And it is pretty cool on the inside, especially as it got darker in the restaurant.Overall score: 8.4, and that’s using the Dave Portnoy scale - “very good score.”“
“Hidden amongst all the other shops at the crossing of N. MacArthur blvd and Valley Ranch Pkwy, is this small family run Thai place.Authentic Thai flavours. Fried rice, noodles, pad Thai and curries are all nice.Spice level "mild" would suit most folks :) Beyond that, try it at your own risk!Just a word - portion is ok for 1 person. Will cost aroun 12-15 $ PP.Suitable for vegetarians too. They can customize any dish.“
“This is a gem of a place. There isn’t enough nice things I can say about it. It’s a hole in the wall type of place - not much seating available. The food makes up for it. So even if you can’t have a nice sit down meal when it’s busy, order carry out. You will not be disappointed. I have tried a number of the things on the menu and I am a happy camper. I can’t say there’s anything I don’t like. It’s the first Thai place I found when I moved here from NY. And it remains one of my favorite places. They have quick service now - during COVID, it was rough. I don’t want to say too many nice things because I want to be able to have my mother - son sit down dinner every month just like when I was pregnant with him!“
“Quiet. Visually pleasant. Attentive owner/ management and wait staff. Presentation of food and dishes show care and thought. I had green curry, wife had Thai fried rice. Both were outstanding. The place was hopping on a Wednesday night, with a steady stream of carry out traffic too, but still was quiet. Great value for the money. What more can you ask for?Be patient with Google maps.“
“Got take out from here for lunch and it was delicious! Order was completed super quick. Ordered Pad See Ew and it was super fresh and had great flavor - prob the best Pad See Ew we’ve had. Also got shrimp salad rolls and peanut sauce which were great! So happy to have such a great place so close to home.“
“Stopped in at Harvest Hall over the Christmas break. Harvest Hall was really great, lots of good choices to eat. I got the red curry at Thai Esane and it was delicious. I got the hot (not thai hot) and it was just right on the spicy scale. Wouldn't get thai hot unless you really like spicy.“
“Had the chicken and rice soup which was hot and flavorful. Also enjoyed the avocado green curry which had a strong coconut milk flavorful. I am glad they asked me how spicy i wanted the food. Also had a taro boba drink. This place was a nice surprise since from the outside you can't tell that they offer food and not just snacks and drinks. Loved the home cooked flavors.“
“I don't have to eat halal but I was excited when I heard this place was halal. Every single Thai place I've eaten at that is halal has amazing food. The atmosphere service and food is amazing. If you like Thai food don't miss out on this place.“
“We have tried many, many Thai places in The Colony, but Silver Thai is the one that keeps us coming back. Generous portions, amazing menu, great taste. The spice levels are 1-7 so there's good granularity.Great atmosphere inside and prompt service!“
“After trying several dishes and finding some new favorites, I am raising the rating to 5 stars. Food is made to order and served hot and extremely tasty with spice heat level to your style. Plates are served in generous proportions. My favorites are Basil fried rice and Thai Ginger with chicken lvl 5. My son loves the Combo fried rice with shrimp, chicken and pork. Besides the food being great, the owner manager is Excellent. Very friendly and customer focused. Highly recommend Thai E San.“
“The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because of the waitress. She was all business no pleasure, but in her defense, it was Saturday night and it was really busy. The food was good, but I've had better. We had Panang (curry, chicken and rice) and Khoa Soi Gai (chicken and curry noodle soup). If you are new to Thai food, you would like either of these dishes. Arnold Palmer was excellent, not too sweet. Location is everything and this place is in the heart of K-Town, so expect crowds on the weekend. The place is filled with as many tables and chairs as possible. Too Thai is run very efficiently. The greeter was chill and good at what he does.“
“Our two curry dishes were tasty and hot. Service was very fast at noon on a Saturday. The interior looks nice and the price was reasonable, $28 for both, including tax. Large portion sizes. Good location at Forest Lane and Marsh Lane. The only negative was that the sauce was a little watery. We have eaten Thai food for 30 years and this was above average.Parking: It's a strip mall anchored by a major grocery store with hundreds of parking spots.“
“The food was excellent! The food is certified Halal. We ordered the Larb Gai Salad and the Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry with Rice. We drank Ginger Green Tea and Lemongrass Green Tea. The Thai food was on point. I was impressed that they had a Gluten-Free menu for me to order from. It limited my options, but made eating a safe experience. The bathrooms were impressively clean. Several of the staff stopped by to see how we were doing. There were several things on the menu that I would like to try and I plan on returning to try them out.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free menu“
“I went here for first time today , the food was amazing ordered one plate of chicken fried rice . I will add though I'm not sure about the surcharge fee I don't associate my self with thai and Chinese pop shops because they take advantage of people pockets. But overall I respect there busines and then help feed the community. Just don't take advantage of persons with that register man come one .“
“This is some of the better thai food you will get in flower mound. It is very consistent but doesn't have as authentic of a flavor as you might be looking for if you are used to eating in thai places that are closer to city centers where you will find more authenticity. That being said, I'm always treated well there. The food always comes out in good time and always has good flavor, sometimes great. The venue is what you would expect from a smaller Asian food restaurant. Clean , but nothing special.“
“Nom nom nom. This place is legit the best Thai food in town. They are so very nice remembering not only my name and order but they recognize my voice when I call in an order. We pickup at least once a week and rest inside every other week or so. The portions can be really big which is great to have leftovers regularly.Their Pad Thai is great as is their curry, pho, and my teens love the fried rice. A++ will eat and recommend highly. Lastly, they are very comfortable in making substitutions and accommodating our food allergies of gluten, egg, and dairy.“
“Let me start with the gentleman who greeted me. He was very nice and was always smiling, excellent first impression!Crab rangoons and spring rolls were a 15 out of 10! Light and flakey with great flavor!Pad Kau Kai and the stir fried basil were AWESOME!This is a must try resturant!!“
“Wasabi & Wok offers a diverse selection of Japanese and Chinese cuisine that's perfect for take out. Despite Grub Hub delivery delays, their packaging ensures that even after a small detour or two, the food arrives hot. The menu is extensive and features such a wide array of options. Their BBQ ribs are standout stars and better than most other places. During a recent cold spell, their Combination Soup was a savior. However the fried rice didn't quite hit the mark but the Black Pepper Chicken and General Tso's chicken are definitely winners. The gyoza also earned its spot on my favorites list. The restaurants variety truly shines and caters to various tastes and preferences.“
“After researching ~100 restaurants for a valentine’s date night, decided on Thai Ruby:-Authentic ambience/decor transports you instantly to exotic Thailand-Food excellent taste and plating. Portions large (plates themselves larger than standard size).-Owner + waiter visited several times each. Very helpful. My water glass was filled ~8 times.-We loved the Tom Ka soup and the desserts especially.-Price excellent (budget friendly). We ordered everything in the pictures, which came out to total ~50 (tax included) + tip. Value cannot be beat.-Would highly recommend“
“4.3 stars. Super fast service like Jimmy John's fast. Very reasonable prices and good portion sizes for prices charged. Drunken Noodles lunch special is the way to go! Definitely will be back when in the area around lunchtime.Parking: Getting to the restaurant is the hard part given the ongoing construction. Parking can be a bit limited during the lunch rush as this appears to be a very popular spot.“
“My son chosen Chinese cuisine and we landed here. Atmosphere was very pleasant for dining in. Service was good. We have ordered crab cheese wonton, spring rolls, veg fried rice, shrimp fried rice, wor wonton soup, tiramisu and cookie cream pie. My kids really liked the crab cheese wonton. I liked the wor wonton soup and the shrimp fried rice. My wife liked the vegetable fried rice. Tiramisu was OK. All the foods were delicious and looks healthy with lot of protein and veggies. Price wise it is not too much as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would love to go there again with my family.“
“The fried tofu made my day alone!Ordered the Pas See Ew with fried tofu and Tai tea. Our server took fine care of us making sure we had an excellent experience.I would reccomend this place, especially during lunch when the plates are super reasonably priced.Thank you Sweet Rice“
“PROS: It was my first time here and I would eat here again. We had the veggie rolls as an appetizer and they were great. I ordered the Combination pad Thai (just shrimp and chicken) with a spice level of 3. If you like spicy, the level 3 will work out. It’s spicy enough to where you won’t wonder how you’re gonna finish the rest of your food.CONS: The only thing I could really “complain” about is the water lol. Personally, I don’t like tap water… it tastes like the pipe was brewed into the water. I would suggest bringing your own water if you decide to get water. If you’re not picky, enjoy your pipe water :)Hot Spice was a great experience!“
“A fine Asian dining experience near I35 and 121 business! I told them medium spicy and they delivered! Delicious! When I eat at Panda I need to eat the black peppers to get a sufficient level of spicy. This place, not so. This place is 1000% better than Panda. A slightly humble atmosphere but quiet and clean. I loved it! My new favorite!“
