“I'm so sad to report this, but I have to agree with others. The chicken tikka masala lacks flavor. The sauce it comes in is like a very slightly spicy spaghetti meat sauce. Everything was cooked well, but it's missing the depth of flavor I love so much about other tikka masalas I've had.

4 stars for the good service and the sweet man at the front counter! I tried a chicken samosa and it was very good. The rice is okay. The chicken bowl I tried was also good, but I do believe that's the sauces and hummus on top. I appreciate having a halal restaurant so close, but I wouldn't order the chicken tikka masala again.“

The owner, Tom, had assisted with making sure we got taken care of even though we had a time crunch. Within seconds our waitress had taken our order and shortly thereafter our food was ready. Definitely a great spot to check out in the Greater Houston area and specifically Conroe if you’re wanting a wonderful start to your morning!“

“HEY everyone I would like to say this place is warm this was my first coming here and the was professional and welcoming as some know how I work I always check the bathrooms and it was clean and it's smells nice also the food was 10 out of 10 so good i had the pool pork sandwich and my husband had the. “Came In Cheddars Scratch Kitchen to go on Friday night 03/07/2025 with my children. And I was greeted by Ms. Kate D. She was very professionally nice, with patience of each order, made she sure I took my time and was engaging with me and my children. She also made sure that she re-read me my order to make sure their were no errors. When the food was done it was nicely packed, had all the condiments and made sure to ask if there was anything else that was needed if she had forgotten anything but it was perfect with A-1 service. I love genuine, nice, and kind individuals like Kate. That love what she does and doesn't act as if it's just for a paycheck. Thank you Kate for making my experience a good one. Hope to see you soon.

“We had Uncle Bob’s Barbecue cater our daughter’s wedding at The Weinberg in Bryan Texas and the food and service was amazing! Uncle Bob’s barbecue offers different types of food for weddings but we chose the brisket, chicken, sausage with the mashed potatoes , green beans and macaroni for the kids. Everyone called it fancy barbecue for a wedding. People are still talking about how great the food was. My daughter and son-law didn’t get a chance to eat and they packed them food to go. My daughter said the food was still good even after reheating it. And she’s not one to eat leftovers.
Before I found out about Uncle Bob’s, one month before the wedding, I received 4 quotes and every quote had hidden fees and ridiculous charges. When I received the quote from Uncle Bob’s it was a relief to see a quote that explained every charge in detail. Terri was always available to answer all our questions in a timely manner. And the team was outstanding at the wedding! I wish I would have known about Uncle Bob’s from the beginning because it would have saved me a lot of stress. Thank you for making our night special!“

“We visited Whistle Stop Cafe for the first time on Sunday. 8/24/25. I’ve heard of it but never found myself in the immediate area. It wasn’t super busy at the time we visited. We had a couple of orders of chicken strips and gravy with fries and a Patty Melt with fries. We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes for an appetizer. I’d give all the food a solid 10 ⭐️ No complaints for anyone at the table and after we were full, we still needed To Go Boxes to take the rest home. The Fried Green Tomatoes were the best I’ve had in many years. Our waitress was nice and kept our drinks full and asked if we needed anything along the way. She was very accommodating. Id definitely visit again.“

“I would like to say that this was our first time at the cafe and I can’t say enough good things about it. Everyone was so friendly and it felt very family oriented. My daughter has autism and they made her feel so comfortable, and not once singled her out. They were having a crawfish event and yet we were well attended and we had great food, we had to order numerous things off the menu,(BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS) we had food and dessert and drinks!! It was amazing!! Will def be back - the staff was super friendly and the place was very well organized.“
