“I LOVE this McDonald's the burger I ordered for my son was perfect wasn't burnt nor under cooked and the French fries the French fries were a 10/10 and and the service the survice was amazing
All the employees understood my son because he has speech class and the employee's were so nice you need to go to this McDonalds ❤️“

“Wow! This McDonalds is probably one of the cleanest and most efficient locations I've ever visited! Kenis at the register patiently took my order of 5 meal combos with different drinks, sauces, and sizes with a smile on her face and friendly demeanor, and after only a few minutes, it was bagged and ready to go. Lauren made sure every item was in the bag, (how refreshing) including the sauces, and Kenis put all my drinks in a convenient carry out bag so i didnt have to make two trips. When I complimented how clean the eating area was, they made sure to let me know that the spotless seating area was thanks to their co-worker, Martha. What an outstanding team. All the food was hot, the fries were perfectly salted, the burgers had just enough of every ingredient, and the atmosphere was welcoming and polite, and what makes it even more amazing is that I got this kind of service during the 12 o'clock lunch rush. This is my new favorite McDonalds, for sure!“

“Clean the first thing I look at is tables and if they are clean if I see they are clean then I can see they are at least trying I understand not being motivated cause low pay but I really appreciate the group of people here cause they at least try to keep it clean“

“This McDonald's is incredibly nice on the inside. There is no menu at the front counter, instead you must order through the kiosks they have. There are about 6 of them. It's cozy, the staff is friendly, and my food was pretty fast even with a busy day.“

“The employees barely greet you. I only stop here when I'm traveling out of Houston. The two times I did. The customer service wasn't the best. My fries were cold each visit after requesting fresh fries.

“Just went through the drive through and ordered a 6 piece happy meal for my son only to get home and have no chicken nuggets in the box… what was in their place you might ask? A singular chocolate chip cookie. He wasn’t mad at first; but he’s 4 and wants his nuggets.“

“First, I have to say I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food place because I don’t go often but my experience at this location was so great. It’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in in forever. The service was incredible. The lady named Mikki who took my order was the most polite, sweetest lady I’ve ever dealt with in public service. She was very hard-working and very courteous. The food was hot fast convenient probably the nicest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in.. in this day and age it was a refreshing change.“

“There was a couple mix ups with our order, but overall the staff was nice and I'm not one to make them do it all over again. Also, in classic mcdonalds fashion the ice cream machine was down ?
My kids sat at the light up table and were entertained through our whole meal. They thought that it was really cool that there was a giant sign on the ground too.“

“I threw away my receipt so I was unable to leave this young man a survey. I will say if you go to this location I can only hope Tyler is the one that takes your order. Today's day and age you don't expect a whole lot coming from the youth but I gotta say, Tyler is an exceptional employee offering manors respect and hospitality. Well done young man. We need more people like this running the front. 🙂“
