“Food was so good!! We ordered through favor and we are so impressed not trying to say we are good critics but we are super picky. This met and exceeded our expectations. Crab meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only gumbo I’ve ever had better was at NOLA and it was 25$ for a bowl. Here it’s 5$ and out of this world!!! Would love to compliment owner in person.“

“I work nearby and my friends and I are regulars. I have never been disappointed here. The staff know us by name, they know our usual orders, and they are an integral part of why this place is one of our favorites. Then there's the food; yum, delicious, amazing, wow, and oh yeah!“

“1st .. Sauce’s has the best gumbo in the area, hands down &I’ve spent years living on the gulf coast. 2nd what I love most about Sauces Southern Kitchen is…. their consistency. The portion size and quality of the food is always the same GREATNESS ..,Which is really impressive for small businesses owners (I’m assuming) I really can’t say enough good things . I rarely leave reviews but they deserve recognition.“

“This place is Bourbalicious! The owner is friendly, greets and speaks to each guest or party. The interior has a very relaxed atmosphere.They have an excellent wait staff. They are very good at tending to their diners. The food is freshly prepared so that your meal is always on point. Their menu selection has a variety of items so to satisfy any ravenous eater. There is an full service bar as well. They have lunch specials available too. Never have had a bad meal yet.“

“We went for the jazz and southern food but only got to enjoye the jazz. The service was slow and it was hot in there. There was minimal air flow, making the experience much more uncomfortable. They had 1 or 2 servers for the entire fully-packed restaurant. The service was friendly but far too slow. We waited for almost 40 minutes and never even got water. We left feeling seriously disappointed as the trip to the restaurant had been family plans for weeks. It was our first visit, and we will not return.“
