“So the French toast sticks and tator tots were decent. However I do find it sad and depressing that hardly no one comes to this location anymore. Every time I drive past this place it's always empty except for a couple of cars. But those couple of cars would have to just be the employees. Back in the day a lot of high school kids would come here after school for a snack. Now barely anyone comes here. Not even for the slushies. It's sad because Sonic's has a full rainbow of slushies and is supposed to be the go-to-place to get any slushies you want. But it's become rather pointless and no one in my opinion is driving to this Sonic's. Not even for a slushie. The fact that this location doesn't seem to have any life left in it tells me that it's on its last legs and that this place probably won't last much longer.“
“I redeemed my free small birthday shake voucher at the store off 78 through the app and drove all the way over there only to find out they were completely out of ice cream. I asked if they could restore my birthday voucher since I couldn’t redeem it again and they told me no, that I’d just have to come back in 3 days to get my shake. I then asked if the Kitty Hawk location might be able to help, and the lady told me flat-out that they wouldn’t.
Well… they absolutely DID.
I went to the Kitty Hawk store, explained what happened, and the guy didn’t give me any hassle at all. He just asked which shake I wanted for my birthday. When he brought it out, it was even a size bigger than what my voucher was for. It genuinely made my day that someone was kind enough to do that for me.
The Kitty Hawk location will definitely be my go‑to from now on.“
