“We go here pretty frequently as the Oreo blast with some cookie dough pieces is my favorite sweet treat of all time. Today though we had a very pleasant interaction with Elijah that I wanted to share. The order came out quickly and Elijah was very polite when he came to our stall. He introduced himself immediately & then made sure we had everything we ordered & then continued to let us know if we need anything to push the red button again. While it was a fairly simple interaction, it was clear Elijah cares about what he’s doing and I felt that was important to make known. As a customer I appreciated his energy and will be back again.“

“feels like a classic sonic from when i was a kid and i only got that feel when i came here because of 1 dude. there seemed to be 1 guy working and i felt so bad but I wanted to come give props to Jesse. That was some of the best service ive ever had outside of a restaurant and For a fast food place this was a really good experience plus he has great customer service skills. “I came by this Sonic on Culebra and Tezel and I was impressed by the manager on duty. Our order was already paid for online all we needed to do was pick it up. My son and I decided to take our lunch break there and eat there too. Everything was good and well prepared, with the exception of the tater tots. They were too hard to bite into. Our server was very nice too, but the manager on duty was excellent. I called back right before we left to let them know everything was great except the tater tots. The manager I think his name was Mannie, very young good looking gentleman, answered and said I apologize, but thank you for letting us know, don't leave I am putting down fresh tater tots for you. Wow he even caught up to us and walked towards us to let us know to hang on and wait for fresh tots. He attended to us first, even though he started to get a line in the drive thru. “The late night crew is really great. This is the only Sonic Drive-In around me that's open real late. A different Sonic closer to me never puts enough M&Ms in my blast and it's never mixed all the way down, only half way.

But this place I asked for extra M&Ms and a double blend and they did awesome. All the way blended to the bottom, enough M&Ms in every scoop you take. Plus they're fast as heck! Got it done fast and super friendly too!“

He seems like a good guy who appreciates the hard working kids that run the food out. He refunded my order, which went a long way to show respect to a local let down customer. I ordered a large coke zero with vanilla, cherries and very light ice, as well as 5 other items for my children at home. After driving away and drinking some of my soda I realized that the cup was 75% Ice. I brought my children's treats home to them and found that all three of the root beer floats were half full. I then drove back to the store and I purchased a large cherry cream slush, and when it was brought out, I asked for a refill of my coke zero and told the young lady that it was mistakenly filled with ice. The young lady who came out was very nice, but she said that the manager Jaden refused to allow me a refill. I have never been to a Sonic that refused to help me when something was wrong. I didnt even complain about the half filled root beer floats then, but I am now because I am upset and I want my money back. I had to purchase an additional coke zero which makes me super angry. Very poor management, but these kids who run out the orders (Travanti and Jessica) are hard working and very polite.“

“I wish I would have got the name of the man working at tonight’s shift around 5:30. He came out because he couldn’t hear properly and wanted to get our order correct. Unfortunately that is not the standard and most places would rather get it wrong. Very refreshing to see someone go above and beyond for good service. He deserves a raise.“

The other sonics off of 78 serve cold food, and the employees are nowhere near as pleasant is the people at this location.“

“I spent almost $30 for 4 cream slushes that weren't mixed well and all we kept tasting was the flavor of the syrup. Lg order of mozzarella cheese sticks were both good and terribly unhealthy choice in a snack. All the time and money wasted here today on a quick snack and then turned into my lesson learned to never return to Sonic because it isn't worth it for me anymore. I will say this though, since all I had was tap to pay the mgr allowed me to cash app him so he would be able to swipe his card for me.“

“This sonic location is great right outside the AF base and near an elementary school, quick and fast customer service for those busy nights getting off of work or just going home after picking up the kids, they just revamped their ordering kiosk so now majority of their TV menus are available for use and work. My visit was a good time food was great shakes were delicious. Just make sure to speak clearly into the box while ordering, especially if there's a ton of background noise or you'll be forced to repeat your order a couple of times.“

“We usually go through the drive-thru but we decided to park. We ordered and received our food within a few minutes. When we ordered we asked for ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The person that was taking our order was either confused why we asked for these items or they just weren't paying attention. The car hop came up to vehicle with no smile or greeting. She gave the bags and drinks as fast as she could. We asked where the condiments were? She brought everything but ketchup. She went back in got it and we asked her for napkins. She looked so annoyed with us more than ever. Well if you check what was suppose to go into the bag in the first place we wouldn't have to ask for anything. The food was nice, hot, and delicious.“

“Manuel needs a raise expeditiously! Just swung by and was having a slightly longer wait time than usual. I then noticed that there was what looked like a single guy working and handling all the orders in the middle of a big rush. You could tell he was juggling way more work than is meant for one person, but he was remaining calm, polite, and as prompt as possible. Not only was my order taken care of well despite the circumstances, but the gentleman working went above and beyond in his demeanor and attention to detail.
