“Hadn't been to any Sonic in a while due to bad experiences. Decided to give this one a shot after a random hankering at 10 PM.

Staff was solid, got my order correct, friendly, etc. Food came out warm and in a reasonable amount of time. Best experience I've had at a Sonic in ten years.“

“We go here pretty frequently as the Oreo blast with some cookie dough pieces is my favorite sweet treat of all time. Today though we had a very pleasant interaction with Elijah that I wanted to share. The order came out quickly and Elijah was very polite when he came to our stall. He introduced himself immediately & then made sure we had everything we ordered & then continued to let us know if we need anything to push the red button again. While it was a fairly simple interaction, it was clear Elijah cares about what he’s doing and I felt that was important to make known. As a customer I appreciated his energy and will be back again.“

“So I just pulled up to the sonic to get me something to eat and the drive-through girl is amazing the food awesome my only down thing is they got to the window and this promotion of the strawberry Horchata cream slush I asked my drive-through person. How is it? She said it was good. I said how come you didn’t tuck me out of my drink. Other than that. Everything was fantastic. That people are amazing. The food I got pretty quick.“

“I like coming here on my afternoon break on the weekends. Today, Anna gave great service. The wraps can sometimes be hit or miss, but I have to share the one i got today because it made me laugh. “A month and a half ago me and my family went through the driveway during night shift for a couple of shakes, the employees were rude, had no communication skills , and took over 15 minutes for shakes , with hardly any other cars . Today I door dashed one burger and one hotdog from this same location, at 11:40 pm . My order will not be here until 2 am. Along with the time stamp going later and later. HORRIBLE for only 2 items !“

“I drive to this specific location for two reasons. The younger black food runner is super nice they should give him a raise, and the food is always fresh.

The other sonics off of 78 serve cold food, and the employees are nowhere near as pleasant is the people at this location.“

“Ordered the All American Smasher, was good but not smashed, didn't have the crispy edges like the description, cheese was all in the Box and had no pickles!!! “I wish I would have got the name of the man working at tonight’s shift around 5:30. He came out because he couldn’t hear properly and wanted to get our order correct. Unfortunately that is not the standard and most places would rather get it wrong. Very refreshing to see someone go above and beyond for good service. He deserves a raise.“

“Despite low stars I stopped by when traveling thru SA. This location was polite and got my drink perfect! Shocked at prices however. I travel a lot and drinks are on average $4 for double vanilla and cherry Rt 44, this place with shot of vanilla for a large was $5.80.“

“I can't believe how much they've raised the prices here. I got a vanilla creme dr pepper during happy hour and they charged a dollar for vanilla and over a dollar for cream for a single drink. It used to be one of my favorite places but not for those prices anymore.
The car hop was great. She was kind and sweet.“

“We usually go through the drive-thru but we decided to park. We ordered and received our food within a few minutes. When we ordered we asked for ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The person that was taking our order was either confused why we asked for these items or they just weren't paying attention. The car hop came up to vehicle with no smile or greeting. She gave the bags and drinks as fast as she could. We asked where the condiments were? She brought everything but ketchup. She went back in got it and we asked her for napkins. She looked so annoyed with us more than ever. Well if you check what was suppose to go into the bag in the first place we wouldn't have to ask for anything. The food was nice, hot, and delicious.“

“Usually this place is terrible but tonight was different. Food was hot and fresh, drinks were on point. My ONLY complaint is that the cashier asked if we wanted our change back because it was just over 50 cents. I don't think it is good customer service to assume a customer doesn't want their change or even ask that, even if it's only a penny. Always assume the customer wants their change, if they don't want it, they will tell you.“

“Manuel needs a raise expeditiously! Just swung by and was having a slightly longer wait time than usual. I then noticed that there was what looked like a single guy working and handling all the orders in the middle of a big rush. You could tell he was juggling way more work than is meant for one person, but he was remaining calm, polite, and as prompt as possible. Not only was my order taken care of well despite the circumstances, but the gentleman working went above and beyond in his demeanor and attention to detail. Don't know how he was able to remain in such high spirits, I definitely would have been very stressed in that situation. Hope he gets his needed help soon, and a raise for his troubles!“
