Sonic Drive-In is a fast-food restaurant that offers mixed experiences. While some customers praise the freshness and quality of the food and drinks, others complain about long wait times and poor service. The restaurant is known for its quick service, but this is not always the case, as some customers have faced excessive wait times for their orders. Additionally, some have received incorrectly assembled or packaged meals, leading to dissatisfaction.
The overall vibe of the staff is friendly and professional, even late at night. However, customers have noted that the stores in San Antonio appear run down, which may affect sales. Despite this, many enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant features wheelchair accessible parking in the very front and offers a drive-thru, making it convenient for all customers. Overall, the reviews suggest that the quality of the Sonic Drive-In experience can vary greatly depending on the location and the specific visit.
