great job Girls. nice and Professional.
Spoke with the manager after I got two slushies here that tasted like metal. I came back the next day to ask for a refund because they were undrinkable but I didn’t realize how they tasted until I got home. Manager said he could not do a refund or a gift card but that I could order something for the same price right then… wish I could’ve just gotten a refund instead. The crew is accommodating and polite, even to children, and the world needs more people like Christian who is always so kind and nothing short of the best. The restaurant also offers wheelchair accessibility with ramps to the dine-in area. However, some customers have experienced long wait times and attitude from staff, possibly due to understaffing, and orders are hardly ever gotten right.
