We moved to Coppell a year ago and came here twice a week religiously! I was racking up points, taking receipt surveys and enjoying it.
I had a few occurrences where the manager here was completely rude for absolutely no reason. I was taken back a few times by her. Having worked in food service, I know how hard it can be…so we gave Hat Creek another shot a month ago & she (the manager) was incredibly rude again.
