Never received points on my orders. I tried to add manually and it shows invalid. I called the store and no help.
Firing the kids . Won't get my money anymore. Plus whatever yall are using in the smoothies now taste like crap
We have been consistently challenged by the App and its inability to process orders by location. A nightmare.
Change location on the APP, make sure it’s set before going ahead and placing our order.
Finish.
The order states it is the correct location.
Get to said location for pick up.
They say it’s at last weeks location pick up!
I look and sure enough it was changed to another location mikes away we used last week!?
