“Had a Flaming Chicken Bowl tonight for the first time. It was fantastic! Highly recommend! You know the bowl you get at Chipotle? This is better! And bigger! And more stuff!! And about 1/2 the price!!!! The guy behind the counter offered a sauce - like a spicy ranch something (not sure exactly) it was icing on the cake! Really really good! And more than i could eat!“

“THIS IS THE BEST KFC I HAVE BEEN TO!
This was my first time here, and it was awesome! The decor is fantastic (check pictures), the chicken was PERFECT, and the service was superb.
This is the only KFC I have been to with a statue of the Colonel in the lobby, and you can sit next to it for pictures.
I have been to a lot of KFCs since covid, and all of them have had small chicken peices that were overcooked and had sat under a warming lamp. This chicken was FRESH and PERFECT!
This restaurant is clean and well maintained and smelled "fresh" when I walked in.
The manager is Rose Allen, and she is a wonderful person. I am sure she is a major reason this is such an awesome KFC.
Great music selection in lobby and not too loud.

Parking: Enough parking for all of the seats inside the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The Colonel statue is sure to be a hit with younger kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for disabled, I am one.“

“Saw a sign saying under new management and boy does it show! The food was great and cooked perfectly, everything was hot and fresh with excellent flavor and the service and employees were excellent. They forgot my biscuits on my family meal but it was a large order and there were others there, so I can easily look past it as growing pains. Especially when everything else was top notch!“

“I recently visited Golden Chick, and I have to say, I was really impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with smiles and made sure my experience was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and it definitely made a difference.

The environment was spotless—tables were clean, floors were well-maintained, and even the condiment station was tidy. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place in top shape, which I really appreciated. It made dining there a lot more comfortable knowing everything was so well cared for.

“Great place to eat with good tasting food and sauces to make your taste buds race. The employees were helpful but maybe a little distant or giving off the vibe of not wanting to be there doing what they're doing. Otherwise a great place to eat!

Kid-friendliness: They do offer forms of kids meals but it's mostly just less food than grownups.“

“Today I stopped in for lunch and it was VERY busy. There was a lady up at the front, who I could tell was struggling with some of the orders.
I noticed 3 things:
1. She had amazing customer service with a contagious smile.
2. English was not her first language, and I'm pretty sure hernative language is French.
3. Her coworkers were VERY rude to her.
For those who have never had to work in second language, please understand that she has to translate EVERYTHING in her head before she is able to do the orders that are being thrown at her, while also being constantly told she is "messing up", or "ruining orders".
The ONLY reason I am giving a 5 star review(which you could use, considering you have a 3 star review average), is because I saw this girl trying her absolute best, and giving amazing customer service with a smile on her face, while being degraded right infront of me.
Do better by her, and others Slim Chickens team.
Maybe do some Empathy training.“

“Not an exciting visit, but it all worked out. The food, for what they had, was tasty. The issue was that they were out of some common things. The atmosphere was whatever, as they just seem to leave it untouched. It's a good spot for a quick bite, but nothing super.“
