Chicken Restaurants near Copperas Cove

“The Copperas Cove location did great today! My order was correct and I got it really fast, which I especially appreciate when I'm in a hurry in the morning. The drive-through employee was very friendly and polite. I am grateful for the free breakfast item they give away on Grati Tuesdays. I prefer Chick-fil-A over other fast food restaurants because they still offer healthy options like fresh fruit, salads, and Greek yogurt. My daughter enjoys playing on the playground. I like that the playground has a glass wall so you can see your child, but not hear all the children's noise while trying to enjoy your meal. The restaurant is clean and well-stocked. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!“

“I’ve been here a few times and Ms Rosalice is very professional and courteous when answering the drive thru and not to mention her customer service during the transaction. I can tell she wants to be here and is present and not just doing a job and hurrying people. Please let her know how good of a job she’s doing and acknowledge her positive attitude as that will show her she’s doing excellent.“

“As soon as I walked in the building Turner greeted me and was very polite and nice read back my order and also everything was fresh and it was fast to get my order.

“Saw a sign saying under new management and boy does it show! The food was great and cooked perfectly, everything was hot and fresh with excellent flavor and the service and employees were excellent. They forgot my biscuits on my family meal but it was a large order and there were others there, so I can easily look past it as growing pains. Especially when everything else was top notch!“

“I like the Killeen Zaxby's they have changed from when they first opened Great employees with good customer service skills they are helpful and friendly it's not their fault if equipment break can't say nothing but good things they are always busy so I know they are a great business“

“Today I stopped in for lunch and it was VERY busy. There was a lady up at the front, who I could tell was struggling with some of the orders.
I noticed 3 things:
1. She had amazing customer service with a contagious smile.
2. English was not her first language, and I'm pretty sure hernative language is French.
3. Her coworkers were VERY rude to her.
For those who have never had to work in second language, please understand that she has to translate EVERYTHING in her head before she is able to do the orders that are being thrown at her, while also being constantly told she is "messing up", or "ruining orders".
The ONLY reason I am giving a 5 star review(which you could use, considering you have a 3 star review average), is because I saw this girl trying her absolute best, and giving amazing customer service with a smile on her face, while being degraded right infront of me.
Do better by her, and others Slim Chickens team.
Maybe do some Empathy training.“

“I will share with you if you love golden chick like I do. The mgr there told me she cooks to order due to complaints about food. This is real one right here. She genuinely cares about customer service. So if you don't mind waiting for hot fresh order of food. This is the golden chick to go to in Killeen area. And I do mean Killeen area. I've had issues at all of them and most of the issue is food not fresh. I don't do fast food often but when I do it will be this location only. Food was hot as stated. Wait time was as stated. It's a new location and now my only fast food location. This by far the best customer service I've ever had. Applause to you and staff.“

“From what I thought would be a one turned into a 5 I went here waited about an hour the lady said it would be 15 minutes I ordered dark meat regular the guy told me they dipped it in spice so I asked for refund they tried real hard to give me the refund but they couldn’t but they gave me option to wait and get my chicken they included 2 desserts the food was great fresh the guy and his staff were very understanding moral of the story some times things can be off but a lil respect and patience goes a long way one love“
