“The Copperas Cove location did great today! My order was correct and I got it really fast, which I especially appreciate when I'm in a hurry in the morning. The drive-through employee was very friendly and polite. I am grateful for the free breakfast item they give away on Grati Tuesdays. I prefer Chick-fil-A over other fast food restaurants because they still offer healthy options like fresh fruit, salads, and Greek yogurt. My daughter enjoys playing on the playground. I like that the playground has a glass wall so you can see your child, but not hear all the children's noise while trying to enjoy your meal. The restaurant is clean and well-stocked. “I’ve been here a few times and Ms Rosalice is very professional and courteous when answering the drive thru and not to mention her customer service during the transaction. I can tell she wants to be here and is present and not just doing a job and hurrying people. Please let her know how good of a job she’s doing and acknowledge her positive attitude as that will show her she’s doing excellent.“

“I originally ordered two roasted chicken breasts but realized after receiving my order that I was given two thighs instead. Since everyone working at the time appeared to be managers, I went back inside to have it corrected. The woman with the long braids was very helpful, apologetic, and quickly made it right by giving me the correct chicken breasts along with two rolls, which I appreciated.

The store was empty at the time and looked a bit dirty after the lunch rush, which could use some attention. However, the customer service made up for it. Overall, I had a good experience and was thankful she took the time to fix the mistake. The chicken was tasty, and the rolls were delicious as well.“
