“The cashier was friendly. The line moved quickly. My nuggets were fresh, hot, and crispy. The mac and cheese was warm, creamy, and extra cheesy. My Dr. Pepper was way better than most places I go to. It wasn't flat or watered down.My dad's salad had a lot of chicken and a generous amount of toppings. They even gave him 2 dressing packets without him asking. There was plenty of seating and the food was brought to the table. The dining area and restrooms were both very clean.“

“We our regular customers and always utilize the drive through several times a month with no issues and usually goes pretty fast considering all the cars in line. However I noticed they changed there system and the employees were running back and forth delivering to the cars in line instead of handing your food to you quickly when pulling up to the window/open door area. An employee said there was new management and they preferred the way it was before and I agree. The line seemed to move more slow and chaotic since they no longer tell you which car is next to follow. Oh and by the way, all my condiments were all wrong when I got home but my receipt with what I requested was correct. That was a first. Maybe shouldn't change a process that wasn't broken.“

“Customer service is great! The food is so yummy! I love receiving rewards, but I always seems to missed all of my rewards when given to me by a manager because it's use within that day. I don't always get my emails I guess, but I appreciate them just wish I could use them!!

“I tried this place a week ago for the first, I forgot to bring my lunch and it’s close to my job. I was very impressed, first of all, the lobby is very clean, I received the best customer service from the employees, once I tried the chicken, I was hooked! I went today again and the manager Laura introduced herself and the young lady at the register was friendly. I’m big on Customer Service, clean restaurant and fresh, delicious food!“
