Food was mediocre not a good value. Service waa terrible while taking an order i misspoke and confused the order taker then he demanded i listen to him explain why I was wrong when I didnt even argue with him. He would not take my payment unless I listen to his entire explanation ( I told him I already understood and that the mistake was mine. I even appologised.)
I don't eat at Dairy Queen much as all the locations near me have had bad food & service. I went on vacation & decided to try a small town Dairy Queen. It was amazing!!! The food was fresh, hot & delicious. The service was excellent as well. Every customer that walked in was greeted quickly, whether they be ordering or picking up a delivery order.
