Went to drive thru for an 8 pc family box of mild chicken.They said they were out of biscuits but could substitute with a pie. When I get to windwow they have biscuits now. The mngr brought them from another location. Okay. Paid, was asked to pull up. 20 mn later I went in and asked what was the delay. They were waiting for chicken to cook. I was the only one in line when I arrived. This location has issues like this every time. There's no hustle.
I went to this location on 5/31/2026 @ around 9pm and had great service. The employees were nice and seemed attentiveto what i wanted. The food was delicious, I love Popeyes biscuits bit had been a while since I found some that were soft and salty like I like them. The blackened chicken straps were awesome. The atmosphere i really couldnt tell, the eating area was clean I didnt use the restroom and took my food to go.
I accidentally did a mobile order for the wrong location as I walked out to head that way the manager was kind and called me back in and they took care of my order here and she called the other location to stop that order. They all were very nice that's why I keep coming back to this location. Thank y'all so much. The chicken was great.☺
