The taste of these tamales are really good! Spicy pork are really really good with just enough grease to give it that tamale feel and taste. The only thing lacking here is there are no spicy bean. If only they had that I'd give it a five-star, and at $12 a dozen they might want to consider putting a little bit more pork inside the tamales.
Rosie's tamales are best they remind me of my grandmother who would make them for all her family I remember getting one and warming it on the hot plate to roast them with coffee

Rosie, I finally stopped by to say hello, on my way out back to Houston and got 4 dozen spicy beef tamales. Let me tell you all, they are the best tamales I have ever eaten. It was great seeing you after 20 something years and having the great pleasure of meeting your wonderful daughter. Had it not been for her I would never have brought back tamales to Houston.
