They have great food and facilities, everything always tastes great and the bathroom is always clean and never smells. We have seldom had any issues with anything and when we did they were always understanding and would try their best to fix it.
As we were being seated I couldn’t help but notice that the staff seemed much more attentive that what had become the norm since the pandemic. My expectations of what I was about to experience in this particular restaurant chain was low which allowed for any decent act from the staff to be very noticeable. Seated promptly, Food arrived quickly even though they were busy.We ordered two every day Slams, a loaded omelette and strawberry french toast. Everyone's order arrived at the same time and was served hot and never had to ask for another cup of coffee.
