The food is great. I Ordered a meat pizza and beef sandwich. Pizza was good although didn’t come with any peppers or parmesan packets. Sandwich was great but not many options for sauce substitutes. Customer service was accurate but not very welcoming.Ultimately, food was outstanding.Side note, I believe this is for online ordering. There is a service fee added to bill.
The original sandwich was excellent, but the salt and vinegar weren't very good. The only thing I really didn't like was when they were sweeping next to us while we were eating.

We eat at Schlotzsky's about once a month or so. Food is always hot and the selection of soft drinks is one of my favorites. We always eat in the dining room. Never a wait and service is outstanding!
