The combinations of meats with toppings are mouth watering and the green and red sauces that come with them taste great! As long as you like a little kick to them which I happen to love it.”

“The restaurant has changed alot since initially opening. It's a bit disconcerting to develop favorites only to return later and the item is no longer on the menu. Seafood was decent. However the etoufee, while expensive, was taste wise top notch. The internal layout of tables is not the best. The dining room feels cramped. There are no booths. Service was friendly and attentive.”

“Hamburger and fresh battered onions rings are perfect. Friendly staff and clean place. Small cafe, walk-in and set anywhere. Daily specials come with dessert. Park in front of Livestock Auction. Cafe is Behind sale barn. Sale is on Tuesdays, so it would be crowded. Closed Saturdays. Accepts credit cards.”

“Stop here! This super clean, funky little restaurant connected to a tire shop is a wonderful surprise. Whatever Mrs. Tillis is cooking, it's going to be good! The owners are very friendly, genuinely good people. Ms.Betty is also very friendly and will make sure you leave full and happy. Comfort food at it's best. Everything we had on the plate lunches was delicious. I will definitely go out of my way to eat here when in the area.”

“We had a fantastic time at CLR the past couple of days. We rented a villa and it was so cute and clean. The playground area is great for the little ones and we had a blast splashing around at the swim beach. The staff (especially Rachel) went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed. I wish we had had more time to stay. We will absolutely be back!”

“The owners are beyond kind and honest. And they have great things for sale!! I fell in love with a coffee table and they told me up front there was a small ding in the glass. You don't find that kind of honesty these days so I have a lot of respect for them. I bought it and several other things which they delivered and even carried inside for me! Batts Resale is head and shoulders above your average resale shop and the owners really go out of their way to help, show kindness, be fair, and make you not only happy about what you buy but, happy to have done business there! Five stars and highly recommended!!

“Went last week I ordered ahead I understand they were closing in about 15min went through drive thru lights out on sign Noone responded on the speaker so I drove around and honked lightly waiting no response honked a little louder the girl came to the windows not so friendly and I explained I knew they were closing in 15 but I had already ordered ahead she looked and said nothing a few minutes later had my order I explained the only reason I drove around I knew she was closing she replied well I'm closing which I understood No matter the OPEN SIGN was still on as well She was NOT friendly at all which is unusual for this location
I called and left a recording on their voicemail Noone returned my call 3 days later after asking for a call from the manager

“Well, this lil place was very enjoyable, our server was awesome, kept us busy with refills and was very helpful when choosing our meals. The steaks were done more than our liking and she glady took them back.

Considering the location here this place has its own vibe. Can't go wrong stopping in and trying something off their vast menu.

“We are NOT big BBQ people, but Mimsy's is amazing!! From the pork ribs, to pork chop that is so big, cooked to perfection, you can't HELP but take it all!! The Sprouts are our favorite, OMG they are the best we EVER tasted!! Everything we tasted made us not just full, but lusting for more! This place is a Texas BBQ oasis! And we are damn LUCKY to live in Crockett where we can go anytime we want!”

“Best Whataburger we've had yet! The staff were all so friendly and courteous. They frequently walked through the restaurant checking on people and taking trash trays. The food was DELICIOUS and fresh. Any needs with the drinks, etc were immediately addressed and remedied. The atmosphere was a nice, rustic theme and very clean. We loved how the pictures on the wall were mounted with horseshoes! Definitely will stop here any time we come through!”

“El Jimador was amazing tonight! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding!! Every single person who works there is friendly and helpful, even if they are not your server! They make you feel so welcomed! The place is absolutely beautiful and clean too! It doesn’t feel like it is located in Crockett. The competition should be worried!”

“This is one of the better McDonald’s that we have stopped at. We have 5 kids and had a very large, and very particular, order…they were efficient and none of our food was incorrect. It was also all fresh and the guy that brought the food to our truck had awesome customer service. I did think they forgot our dipping my sauces but I overlooked them. Highly recommend this location!”

“The food is good. Certainly an improvement when they brought back their unseasoned fries. I believe the speed of the drive thru could be improved. I do like that they serve Blue Bell.”
