“The food was great. They got all my sauces, which never happened. I got the chicken noodle soup ? after having jaw surgery, and it was the perfect soup. I was extremely happy I was able to eat it. The wait to get my food was ridiculous, but she reassured us and updated us on the status of our food. “Today I had to walk to walmart to pick up insulin. After, i went in wendys, crosby tx and had a very blessed experience with DREW who waited on me. I am 73 n on a walker. Drew is an excellent first person to see in your store. Had extreme patience, kindness, n amazing customer service. I was so tired. She helped with my drink n checked on me b4 i left. This may seem SMALL to u. Was huge to me n customers who saw her doing this. I dont usually take time to gush like this. I just hope, in some way, u recognize this exceptional young lady. Unfortunately, maybe because Taco Bell is promoting the use of their kiosks, the staff are not super attentive to customers approaching the counter. Once they did, though, the service was quick and friendly.The place was very clean.The bathrooms have code locks on them, but the staff are quick to share the code.“
