“This is the best Jamaican cuisine I have had in a long time since moving to Texas.All Things Michelle cooks the food to order and doesn’t skimp on service, portion or flavor. I ordered three servings of oxtail and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh, the rice and peas perfectly cooked and the cabbage was exceptional. I normally don’t like plantains, but hers went so well with the food and were perfectly selected because they were ripe, crisp and had a hint of sweetness.The meat was tender and perfectly spiced I loved every moment of it. I plan to try many other things from her menu.I love a small business and when one comes out the gate, doing it right at every turn, that gives me true joy and makes the food that much better. 10/10 stars“

“I got their mango Lassi popsicle and it was pretty good! Never expected to see this flavor in popsicle form so it was definitely a surprise. Bought half a dozen, 3 Smores and 3 Oatmeal Explosions. The cookies were AMAZING and tasted SO delicious. Literal 10/10 cookies. Family loved them.Can’t remember her name, but the girl at the front had great customer service as well.This is a must-stop-by in Denton! I will definitely frequent for all of my cookie desires. “Update! After posting my original review I received an email from the owner of this location. They offered a coupon code and promised to talk to their staff about how to prepare the GF pizza crust. We ordered pizza tonight and the GF crust was much better! We love eating local! Thank you Mr. Jims!We have loved this Mr. Jim’s location. We especially loved their gluten-free pizza crust they have had for a while. It was the best locally! The last couple of times we’ve ordered GF pizza the crust has been horrible. It’s so thin with no taste :-(Has there been a change to the GF pizza crust??Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free pizza option, and a crustless pizza bowl.“

“I decided to try this place because Royal Yum refused everybody service to host a barely attended stand up comedy night, and to be honest, the Thai Fried Rice Fried Chicken (they call it something else here) is just as good if not better because you can really taste the lemongrass and basil. Oh, and they won't disrespect their customers. They just take your order and serve you here because it's a restaurant and not an improv studio.Royal Yum sucks.“

“I was surprised on my birthday after swimming two miles with an Uber Eats delivery of a chicken and spinach pizza and tiramusu. The order was placed from Washington DC. The pizza had fresh ingredients and was delicious. My dessert finished off my meal. I am driving from Denton to eat at Palio's next time!“

“My son loves this playground so we have visited here often in the past few years. We've had a couple of times were the food just didn't quite hit but for the majority of the time the food was excellent. I love the sombrero burger and the fact you can get it lettuce wrapped is a major bonus for a low carb dieter. It's generally very nice sitting on the patio, even in the summer, with their fans blowing. The kid menu is excellent and that pairs well with the outdoor playground when you want to feed and tire out your kiddos. all of their dipping sauces available on the drink bar are excellent and pair well with the fries or tots. There is a quieter area inside the building to eat if it's too hot or you don't want to deal with the chaos of kids coming in and out of the playground.Dietary restrictions: Great if you are following a low carb diet. You can get any burger as a bowl or lettuce wrap!Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the kids, food wise the kid menu is spot on - even for the pickiest of eaters and the playground is always fun for my little guy,“

“I want to start off by saying I have went the sidewalk cafe on multiple occasions and I loved it!! So much so that I wanted to host a birthday brunch there. Now getting accommodation for this place was easy and I loved that the owner Sam really worked with me!THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!Seeing as it was a big party I don’t blame the servers to much and honestly it was most definitely a communication issue with the server… but really almost took me and my party out was HOW RUDEEEE THE FOOD RUNNER WAS!! but my thing is if a staff member is going to be interacting with customers he needs to have some home training!! Or not say anything at all. Our actual servers were so nice!! I loved them so much but that food runner literally almost ruined the whole experience.“

“We love Mellow Mushroom and always make a point to stop by whatever location that is near to where we are at or going. This location we have been to twice when traveling to Dallas from Oklahoma and the pizza is always great! The service this last time we were here was really slow. The prices are good for what you get and the pizza is amazing, we just love the crust. Our favorite is the House Special pizza. highly recommend and will be back when we are in the area.“

“My son chosen Chinese cuisine and we landed here. Atmosphere was very pleasant for dining in. Service was good. We have ordered crab cheese wonton, spring rolls, veg fried rice, shrimp fried rice, wor wonton soup, tiramisu and cookie cream pie. My kids really liked the crab cheese wonton. I liked the wor wonton soup and the shrimp fried rice. My wife liked the vegetable fried rice. Tiramisu was OK. All the foods were delicious and looks healthy with lot of protein and veggies. Price wise it is not too much as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would love to go there again with my family.“
