From the moment we walked in the door to a very packed restaurant to the moment we left we were acknowledged & taken care of. “I was born in Indiana. When I was around 4 or 5 my Dad and used to take me to a Mr. Gattis in our small town. The memories I had were great. It reminds me of when everything was simpler and when I knew less. We recently moved to Denton. I wanted to go to a different Walmart because the one in Denton gets packed and sketchy in the evenings. As I was walking in, the bright Mr. Gatti's sign was right in front of me. I was enthralled. I immediately sent a picture to my Dad, and called my wife. My wife also went when she was a kid, and I had no idea. I forgot I even had memories of the place. We planned to go with both of our kids the following Sunday. Sunday finally came, we loaded the kids up, and we went. The space was small, but the memories are what mattered. There were now 3 generations in our family that had been, and I was proud of that. The pizza finally came. The staff were so kind and knew it meant a lot to us. Then I took the first bite.

We were smiling ear to ear.

As I was sitting there I realized, places like Mr. Gattis are what remind us of the little joys in life.

“Usually go there often this pass experience was trash . 1st off my pizza was burn to a crisp so I told them I didn’t want it the whole crew looked spaced out like didn’t none of them knew how to refund a single pizza so… the only way I could get my money back was to refund the whole order After patiently waiting about 45 min for the order in the first place now I didn’t have any food to leave with … talked to the manager NO HELP since I got my refund… smh it must be under new management because this never happened before I won’t be back“

“We had an amazing experience at CiCi’s Pizza in Denton while celebrating our son Ian’s 2nd birthday with over 40 family members. Despite having such a large group, plus all the other customers coming in, the staff handled everything with kindness, patience, and a smile.

A special thank you to the cashier, the manager on duty, and the wonderful lady who kept the dining area clean. They were all incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made our entire family feel comfortable. They also made sure our little Ian enjoyed his special day, which meant so much to us.

As a thoughtful courtesy, they even gave us the choice of complimentary brownies or cinnamon rolls, which was such a sweet gesture. Everything tastes better when shared with family, and they helped make our celebration even more memorable.

Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding customer service and hospitality. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and we highly recommend this CiCi’s Pizza location to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere! ❤“

McKinney St. I figured that we could order at the one on Teasley, since it's not too far. Well, my beautiful sister ordered me a medium combination pizza along with some chicken wings in the amount of 15. When the order was what I asked for, the toppings were pepperoni, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and black olives with extra cheese. I received the pizza, ate it, and of course it was good, but going further, I found MUSHROOMS in it! I did not ASK for mushrooms-just what I asked for on the pizza! Come on now! This can not be this hard to understand what I want! Considering the fact that it's cut in squares, (which I don't like) y'all need to do better!“

“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“
