“First thing you need to know is CASH rules. Credit & debit not accepted. Second thing, get there about 11AM FRIDAY & SATURDAY. This might just be a one man operation but he KNOWS what he’s doing. He has an interesting history you can read about as your DELICIOUS food is being plated. I definitely recommend buying enough for seconds because not only was the Brisket & Sausage bangin but the potato salad was awesome & the beans were the best I’ve ever had. His ribs even without sauce are mouth watering. He also sells by the LB. Get here early if you have any ideas of buying by the LB for sure. Wish I was in the area longer cuz Tilly’s BBQ is worthy of a drive from Victoria for sure but staying in Cuero, he’s the PitMaster I’d go to.“

Great food at reasonable prices. In Austin, San Antonio or Lockhart you would pay double for the same amount of food.“
