“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

I stopped by another boba place on my way down Fry Rd but not much of a selection at that other place . Happy to found Tea Villa open til 11 on Friday and Saturday“

“Mango Tea is always a winner. I got it with Lychee Crystal boba & standard boba this time and it automatically comes with Mango Jelly First location that I’ve seen with this many games!!!! Endless tea options & light bites to choose from. They have these cute claw machines to play as well as board games. Actually gives off a coffee shop vibe with the soft jazz music. I love it here!“

I used to only go to The Teahouse bc they had a great teapress selection, however since they have updated their menu, they have gone downhill & do not carry any of my favorites anymore; their loss & your/our gain w The Bep!

Lastly the only reason I put 4 stars was due to their fivestar app. There has been 2 occasions where I had a free drink & it couldn’t be honored bc their system was down & another time on their app they were giving out free totes on Black Friday with your order that they didn’t honor even though it was not expired on my app.

“It’s a cute little place. It took a while to get our whole order (abt 20 minutes) There seemed to be only 1 man working and he stayed busy the whole time we were in there. but the coffee with salted tiramisu cheese was so yummy! My toddler got a strawberry shortcake smoothie and said it was good. We also shared a bubble waffle. It tasted like a normal waffle but was so much more fun! We will be back!“

Despite bringing in outside food (which I know isn't always cool), they didn’t make a fuss, and the service was actually pretty decent. The drinks were great too just the right amount of sweetness.
