I would like to start by saying that if I could give this Jimmy John's 0 stars, I would. The only positive is that the sandwich I finally received after 3 hours of ordering, was just "ok". We went to this shop today to pick up some sandwiches then head home. When we got home we discovered that on two of the sandwiches there was no meat. Worst service ever! Why put out 50% off coupons and it's handed to you and you forget to input the coupon. Bull****! Even tried to have the transaction redone and the manager said she couldn't do it. Just lost a customer. Subway will keep my business!!!!!
Faithful customer for over a year. Today, you dropped the ball several times and lied to me about when my order would be delivered. If you are short staffed and won't be able to fulfill an order in a reasonable amount of time, all you have to do is tell me that. My email address and phone number were on the order.
I am done with this location and will NOT order from you again.
