Recently, my husband ordered a 10 inch snickerdoodle cake for my birthday. When we brought it home and cut into it, there was a hair embedded into and under the icing. (see photo) We immediately took photos, and a video of me physically having to tug on the hair to remove it, discarded the cake, and emailed the bakery. My daughter ordered a 10” cake in my favorite flavor lemon for my birthday. Well after my family sang HBD I cut into the cake and thought hmmmm they got me carrot cake but it was actually pumpkin. My daughters immediately said no we ordered lemon.
