“A Complete Disaster – Never Again!
We were craving a delicious Pizza Hut meal, but guess what? THE RESTAURANT WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Google Maps led us on a wild goose chase, only for us to arrive at… absolutely NOTHING. No Pizza Hut, no food, just crushing disappointment and unbearable hunger. We wandered like lost souls, our stomachs growling in betrayal. How can a place be listed when it DOESN’T EVEN EXIST? This was beyond frustrating—it was a cruel joke. We left starving, angry, and with no intention of ever trusting this location again. Thanks for ruining our evening!“
“This Pizza Hut cooked my pizza exactly how I requested. The quality of pizza is exceptional and it was hot when I picked it up. The staff is extremely accommodating and will go out of their way so you will have the best experience at this location. The manager, it's very giving and respectful. This will be the only location that I will order from.“
“was definitely better than the one off West Rd 20510 i think is the address but anyways this one lost points by not giving me extra cheese but regular normal, i paid extra for EXTRA cheese. Otherwise is was really good, fresh and hot, buttery crust was nice the extra cheese wouldve set it off but sadly was a miss“
“Michael from 13750 N Eldridge Pkwy, Cypress, TX 77429 is amazing! The man needs a raise or promotion! I accidentally made a carryout order instead of a delivery. Called the number, after canceling and reordering as delivery, they told me it would be 30-45 minutes before delivered that's when I realized you get a call center and not the actual local number from the app. After hanging up the call just moments later, my hero Michael called. He explained, he noticed my carryout order had already been waiting 20 minutes or so and he was going to remake the whole order., I thanked him told him that was not necessary as I am aware this was my mistake. Michael explained he wanted to have it fresh delivered and it was no problem. I thanked him, and 15 minutes I had my fresh order. Tipped my driver and told him to pass along my thanks! ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Great job!“
“One minute they deliver to my address and one minute they don’t. Every time I call I get a different answer. The pizza I ordered last time had a bad taste to it and they told me they had to order cheaper lower quality crust due to the food shortage and price hike. Update, I changed to 5 stars as I called and spoke with the manager Joel and he got my order placed and delivered hot, fresh, and delicious!“
“I had the BEST experience with Pizza Hut thanks to Ellie! I was having such a frustrating time trying to place a delivery order. I called the West and Fry Rd location first, but they kept telling me they couldn’t deliver to my address. Not only that, but they were rude and made it feel like I was the problem. Out of frustration, I decided to call the other Pizza Hut, and that’s when I got Ellie on the phone.
She was an absolute lifesaver. I explained the situation, and she was patient, kind, and actually listened. Within seconds, she put my address into the system and confirmed exactly which store was supposed to deliver to me (West and Fry, like I had thought all along). I felt bad even asking, but I kindly asked Ellie if she could try reaching out to the other store for me—and she didn’t hesitate. She went above and beyond, personally calling them to make sure my address got entered correctly so I could finally place my order.
I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism and how much she cared. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or dismissive, Ellie stood out as someone who genuinely wanted to help. She turned what had been a really stressful situation into a positive one, and I was SO appreciative.
