Very unprofessional!!!!! Very Rude !!!
I asked for a cinnamon pretzel, they said that everything is rolled by hand, so either I can wait or eat what they have. I asked for a timeframe since I am at the airport and want to make sure I don't miss my flight... They said that is the risk I have to take but no timeline would be given..... The service is impeccable
After looking at the reviews...it doesn't seem that the manager or owner really care. I was through Love Field on Tues 7/14 and then back again on Thursday 7/16. Maybe they had a mad rush of people right before I got there both days...but traffic didn't seem so. Both times there were no pretzel dogs nor pretzel dog bites and I was told it would atleast be an hour before they would have some. First day they only had a couple of just the pretzel bites and full size pretzels...read full review
